A shop to know in Chablis! - We had never been to this shop before and it was a beautiful discovery. The welcome is very friendly, the wine tasting accompanied by cold cuts and cheeses is superb, the explanations are many and clear and the manager is very available. Obviously, you can leave with a few bottles to prolong the pleasure.;-)

Tasting - We tried the tasting with charcuterie board. We had an excellent time thanks to the very friendly and pleasant welcome from Chloé. Chloé listened to us and was able to advise us with professionalism and kindness. We recommend without any reservation and we will come back. Thank you Chloe

Concept to review for it to be perfect - Unfortunately, this was an inconclusive experience. The wine pairings deserve that the doses of wines served are not as anecdotal. The flavour of cheeses and other cold cuts outweighs that of the wines on offer. As much for a simple tasting of wines before possible purchase the doses are sufficient, as much for this type of service (25 € anyway) it is necessary to go into another logic. The commercial gesture on the tasting (€5) proposed following our remark partially saves this experience.

Tasting visit - Hello Céline & Frédéric We came in May 2023, with friends. We were entitled to a free tasting but in return we had purchased wines worth around €750. We were received by a charming, passionate and enthusiastic person. Today 04/11/2023 We had booked a paid tasting for 6 people. Despite the paid service; huge disappointment : Excellent and hearty charcuterie board But very average speaker No passion Uncommunicative Few explanations Without interest !!!! Not holding a grudge, we bought €450 worth of wine. A small commercial gesture would be appreciated for my next visit!!! Awaiting your reply, Best regards
