My family and I loved this! - I couldn’t recommend this activity any more. The staff were incredible. The knowledge of each of the elephants they have is amazing. This is a proper sanctuary. Don’t expect to ride or bathe them. These are elephants that have been rescued and are now living their best lives. Highly recommend the lunch after. They teach you how to make traditional soup and there were so many extra dishes added to our meal. This really is a once in a lifetime opportunity for anyone. Enjoy!

Great day visiting Bukit with the family - We had a truly memorable experience at Bukit Elephant Sanctuary in Phuket! It was heartwarming to see how well the elephants are cared for—this is an ethical sanctuary where the animals’ wellbeing is clearly a top priority. A special thank you to our amazing tour guide, Sao, who made our visit even more special with her warmth and knowledge. She gave us a wonderful cooking demonstration of Thai coconut soup and showed us how fresh coconut milk is made—such a unique touch! We were also delighted to have the option of a delicious vegetarian lunch, which was much appreciated. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Phuket. A perfect blend of learning, fun, and compassion!

Elephants well cared for and perfect lunch demonstration - We thoroughly enjoyed our day. Think there were 9 rescue elephants... They told me that they have to buy them from people that are ill treating them... So the money from this visit really does help.. The elephants probably need fresh running water for bathing in as its just stagnant water... So I hope that can be achieved... But at least the animals are safe and well looked after... With only 4000 in the wild in Thailand these centres are important and at least its illegal to now capture a wild elephant... So I hope they stand a chance. The cooking demonstration and food was lovely...

Exhilarating experience - We had the best time walking with the elephants in their natural surroundings. The elephants that like to be touched you could pat and hug but strictly no riding or swimming with them. We highly recommend visiting this park.

Choose this one!!! Such a wonderful caring sanctuary - This was simply a beautiful experience seeing these majestic creatures looked after so well. They really know their 7 elephants so well, what they don’t like, what they do like and tell you so clearly and passionately about their work with them! Great guide. We did the half day with rubber tree demonstration and Thai cooking demo. The Thai cooking was awesome and the food we ate for lunch as part of it was fantastic. So, so good.

Ethical park but still got close to the elephants - Brilliant half day experience. Met and fed the elephant and learned loads about them. Also saw how to tap rubber and make coconut milk (which was then turned into Tom Kha soup which we ate. All funds from visitors contribute to rescuing more elephants.
