Big Buddha and Elephant kiss a must. - My 7 points city tour trip was awesome. Eddy our tour was great and he answered all questions. I had time for sightseeing, shopping and to eat local cuisines. The Big Buddha was my favorite tourist attraction. and then the baby elephant kiss.

A tour packed with back to back stops and attractions. - Lots of places to see and explore in a short amount of time. This is a fast-paced tour with stops in every attraction for not more than 30 minutes, which is good and more than enough. If you are doing the afternoon trip, make sure you eat lunch or bring snacks as they are not many options until the end when you go to the market.
The gems and jewellery experience was the only downside as the girls are too pushy to sell you something. Other than that, this was an amazing trip to see all in half a day.

Lots to see, a must do! - Even though it was a half day experience, it seemed like a full day. So happy we got to experience so many places!

Phuket city overview - Love the idea for the tour because it covers most places near Phuket town. If you only have limited time this half day tour will definitely worth it.

half of the tour was a simple shopping trip - 3 stops were only for product presentation and almost no background information provided
- the coffee break was a stop at a jewelry
- the cashew factory was only a visit of the store
- the bee hive had a small tour with a short explanation of different bees, but 2/3 of the tour was only product presentation
these stops were really nice, however if you don't want to do shopping stops I recommend to take a different tour
- big buddha (a 45 m buddha statue on a hill)
- old pucket town (old city center with a lot of shops and cafès
- temple
- hill spot to watch the sundown (very beautiful)

How is this a best seller? - I could not agree more with a below review: 'with all the 4 and 5 bullet ratings and being recommended by TripAdvisor as a bestseller, we thought we couldn’t go wrong with this tour'.
We chose to do the morning tour, we received a message at 2.30pm the day before the tour with our pick up time (very short notice). However they were still 20mins late to pick us up. Our tour guides name was Eve and I must admit she was absolutely lovely. Although she sat in the passenger seat using her phone (Facebook etc) for majority of the travels instead of guiding us, explaining where we were or pointing out landmarks.
Once the driver had finished picking up passengers, Eve told us what the itinerary was going to be for the day. Which was very different to the one on TripAdvisor.
We made our first stop, which was a viewpoint that wasn't listed on TripAdvisor, we thought 'this is great, we're getting more than we paid for' and quickly moved along to the next stop - Kata beach view point, where we only had 20mins instead of 30.
We were then VERY disappointed with the next stop as we had absolute no idea that we would be stopping to look at a baby elephant, chained up by is neck and it's foot in a 1.5sm area. Viewing or supporting the mistreatment of animals in Thailand is something we wanted to avoid on our holiday and I was so disappointed when we stopped here.
The next three stops were Promthep Cape (not listed on TripAdvisor) Chaithararam Temple and Big Buddha. We again, only had roughly 20mins instead of 30 at each stop and we all felt very rushed because Eve was worried that she would be late for her next job at 1pm. Yet the driver and Eve still found the time to stop and buy themselves lunch between our destinations.
I agree with the review below, it states all entrance fees of the attractions are included and that is correct, because they’re all free anyway. It says you get a bottle of water which is also correct, although it's a very small bottle and you don’t get until 3hrs hours into the tour. .
The next three stops of the tour are a tourist trap. The cashew nut factory, where we only had 10 and it was only to buy cashews. The bee farm, where you see no bee's but only honey to buy and also only had 10mins and worst of all was the “coffee break” where you are taken to a large shopping facility and almost forced to buy very expensive jewellery, tea or souvenirs (walking through this was horrible and I've never felt so uncomfortable in my life) funnily enough we were told that we would have 30-45mins here and I never even got my coffee or a break.
From here we went to Phuket Old Town to see the Sino-Portuguese and here we actually did receive some very interesting information about the history of Phuket. But we asked to end our tour here as I didn't not want to waste any more time travelling in this van.
My suggestion, find a private driver and tell him which stops you want to got to for the same price!!
