It feels good to be in nature! - It was my first experience. It was very high and felt great. It was the shortest course, so next time I'll take the longer course. There's an instructor with me, so it's safe.

Zip line was so much fun! - So much fun! Loved the zip line so much. We did 18 and it went so quickly we wished we’d chosen to do more. Felt safe the entire time and the guides were lots of fun and took so many photos and videos for us on our phones. ATV was great fun too but the highlight was definitely the zip line.

Awesome adventure! - Had so much fun on this tour! The zip line guides including Brownie, were hilarious and took lots of photos and videos for us too. ATV tour was fun and we had 20 minutes at the Big Buddha. We were well looked after every step of the tour.

Ziplines great, atvs not worth it - The staff were really great in particular the guys on the ziplines. Made it a lot of fun. The atvs were a flop, boring track and very slow, bikes were very old and im surprised mine made it to the end. I would definitely recommend the ziplining for everybody, skip the atvs. Also they take you by vehicle to the big Buddha, this requires coverings for females

Useless tour guide employed by TUI - Booke the Phuket Adventure Tour with TUI in Phuket. This is a half day tour. Was told that there will be a professional tour guide. Sat in ther vehicle for 2 hours to somewhere to be parked and not told a word what was going on. Eventually 2 people joined the transport. Still no guide. Arrived at the Wat Chalon temple and there was lady there, she did not introduce herself write on a piece of paper be back at 2.30 pm. mind you we got there at 2.00 pm. No Guidance she just sat there waiting. Throughout the rest of the afternoon she did not give any information or tell us where we were and where we were going. She had more time for the driver than for us on tour. When I asked her to tell us more about where we are etc. her answer was " why dont you know where you are and what you going to see". Mind you she was supposed to be a guide. No one on the tour was happy, some stayed in the vehicle not bothered getting out when stopped. This so called guide employed by TUI was arrogant, dont even know what a tour guide should do. I mjust say this is a waste of money. People beware when booking tours with TUI you may fall into this trap paying mon ey for something you wont get. This lady was no guide, she is useless. What a shame TUI to allow this to happen.

Company Exploits Elephants for tourism. Cannot support this company. - I would love to give this 5 stars because honestly the zip lining and ATV ride to the big Buddha were amazing but unfortunately when riding the ATVs we saw 5 or more elephants chained up by their ankles on a cement pad unable to walk even one step being exploited for tourism. We would have never booked this if we knew this company participated in this Elephant abuse. One of them was showing obvious signs of mental distress. If you want to book something like this first book a volunteer day at Samui Elephant Haven and you will change your mind really quick. Exploiting animals for Tourism is not something I can support.
