Beautiful view of the islands, relaxing beach day! - Picked up directly from my hotel. Arrived at the meeting point and was briefed on what's available options. We took a quick ride to the dock and got on the catamaran. Amazing view on the way to the Koh Hey Island. Once we got to the island we had a free option for snorkeling from the beach entrance. There was a paid options of Parasailing and Scuba Diving. I had to pay for beach chairs with an umbrella. Service wasn't great there. I had to go up to the bar myself after trying to wave down a waiter/tress. There were a bunch a rope swings for photos. Slowly sailed back to catch the sunset and they provided a dinner. We took some time to just float in the middle of the ocean to do some hand fishing. It was a bit chaotic after we got back to the dock. Every boat seemed to have docked at the same time so there was a bit of a wait for the shuttle bus to the main area. It was great over all. I recommend it for a simple fun thing to do.

Great experience, also for younger kids - Very relaxing atmosphere on the boat, the crew did everything to make this a great experience. Starting with drinks and food, taking pictures for everyone and just being there in case of questions or any needs.

As expected. - The whole experience was reasonable, fairly well priced and entirely enjoyable. Whilst the boat was fairly old, the activities were definitely worth the time spent.

It was fine. - Picking up from the hotel was easy. We had previously selected an English guide but there was no trace of it, before the actual trip there was some kind of introduction in Chinese, in English you were told 3 sentences while 20 minutes something else was explained. Food was not sufficiently available. Otherwise the crew was nice, but even during the trip you didn't quite know what is now when something was said, since here too only one or the other English word much, so a pity.

waste of money and time. - They don't supply you with enough for what you pay for. Very limited drinking water, dangerous conditions when we got off boat. supposed to be an English speaking guide but they cant comunicate the simpests things . we also didnt get the sorkeling and the so called fishing spots there was no chance of catching a fish. bad from start to finish. save your money.

Horrible experience - This was a very disappointing trip and my friend and I did not feel safe at all while on the tour. To start, we were picked up 2 and a half hours before we were supposed to set sail, just to wait around at the pier for an hour and a half before we could board the catamaran. The shuttle driver was very dangerous and we felt so unsafe after experiencing countless near misses during the 20 minute drive. The entire tour group was made up of Chinese individuals and the tour guide could only speak Chinese or Thai (we were not informed of this when booking the tour). The remaining staff could also barely speak any English and there were no efforts made to try and translate the health and safety instructions to myself or my friend. We had no idea what was happening aside from following the rest of the group when they moved. We didn't set sail until 1:20pm which meant we overlapped with other tour boats at the bays and had to wait a long time for space to pull in. During the tour the weather was very windy and raining and the conditions weren't suitable for snorkelling or swimming. There was rubbish in the ocean everywhere and when we reached the first bay, there was still no effort to communicate to us whether we could get off the boat, whether it was safe to swim or which area we should swim in. We had to follow everyone else hoping they knew. We decided to try and make the most of it and jump in the water for a swim as most other people were. We were swimming in a bay with rough conditions and rocky cliffs surrounding us and while we were in the water the captain decided to move the boat and we were told we could not get back onboard until they had moved it. Thankfully my friend and I were good swimmers but we were very concerned for other members of the tour who were not confident swimmers and were being pushed out towards the cliffs and then had to swim further to be able to get back on the boat. Some people were even swimming near the propellors of the boat! It seemed as though they were trying to kill time at this bay until it was time to go to the next one. When reaching the next bay, we had to ask for snorkels as we hadn't been given them nor asked if we wanted to snorkel. We also asked for life jackets and were told they had already been taken to shore for us but when we arrived there were no life jackets. Finally we had high hopes to at least get a good buffet dinner on board however, due to the greediness of fellow passengers and limited amount of food, we barely got any food for ourselves. After returning to the pier we were relieved to be finally going back to our hotel after a ridiculous experience. However, the return shuttles were completely unorganised and for some reason the organisation of the drop of shuttles was not the same order as the pick up. We were told we had to wait 20 minutes for a shuttle to drop off others and come back to take us to our accomodation. Once again the communication was poor and we were left confused. This experience was far below the standard we expected and disappointing compared to other excellent tours we've had in Thailand through TripAdvisor. Given the safety concerns, poor organization, and lack of communication, we request a full refund for this tour.

Horrible island catamaran experience ever! - Firstly, tour operator called us way earlier than our meeting time, rushed us to meet driver waiting at lobby. Half way through our journey our vehicle met with a slight accident, a tuk-tuk vehicle banged the back of our van & shattered the back tempered glass, it was a sudden moment & thank God my husband & son seated at bck of van were not injured. Upon reaching meeting point, there were so many people joining this trip when i was promised no more than 15 pax for a "memorable experience"! Wat a bunch of bs! When asked tour operator said its a big ship & can accomodate 30pax! Im literally very upset becoz chatting with the virtual operator everything was "beautifully narrated" to me! This is really unacceptable. Catamaran broke down on 1st island stop, other catamaran had to tow us out, stop at 2nd island Coral island 1 hr they gave us but all shops were closed!!! We cant even buy 1 drink! Im just pissed at this moment coz this is e worst ever island tour experience with this tour operator, there is no communication on board wat is happening, which island we going, nothing & it was cramped in e catamaran. Pls avoid this operator. TripAdvisor! Pls see to this issue! Its really unacceptable & i want a full refund!!!

Doesn’t adhere to their own cancellation policy. Avoid! - This organization does not follow their cancellation policy regarding inclement weather and refunds. It was extremely windy and down pouring all day on our scheduled day (not safe to be out on the water) and we called an hour before our scheduled sail inquiring about a refund. I got connected to the organization and they hung up on me mid conversation and proceeded to ignore my following calls. I would strongly suggest you look for a more accommodating charter that actually follows their published guidelines.
