Chame - Begin the journey with a drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar. The route follows the Kathmandu-Pokhara Highway to Dumre, then continues on a narrow, paved road alongside the Marsayangdi River, reaching Besisahar. Here, enjoy views of snow-capped peaks like Annapurna II (7937m) and Machhapuchhre (6997m), along with stunning landscapes. Experience the lifestyle, culture, and traditions of the locals in Besisahar. Then, transfer to a local jeep for the drive to Chame village.
Trek from Chame to Pisang (3100m/10171ft)
Trek from Pisang to Manang (3540m/11614ft)
Manang - Begin the ascent on a steep ridge offering spectacular views of Manang Valley and Tilicho Peak at 7,134 meters. Descend through Humde, Manang’s airstrip at 3,280 meters, and catch a glimpse of the northeast face of Annapurna III at 7,555 meters. Continue on foot to enjoy a breathtaking view of Annapurna IV, which stands at 7,525 meters. After crossing a wooden bridge over the Marsayangdi Khola, a short but steep climb leads to Manang.
Acclimatization day at Manang village
Manang - Today is a rest day to acclimatize to the higher altitude. Despite its remote location, Manang is a sizable village. Explore the village and interact with the locals to learn about their way of life, ancient culture, and traditions. If time permits, visit the beautiful Gangapurna Lake. Spend the night at a guesthouse upon returning.

Trek from Khangsar to Tilicho Base Camp (4150m/13615ft)
Tilichol Lake - As the trek begins, pass by a Gompa and follow a newly constructed trail up to a high ridge. Here, two routes are visible - an old, challenging one, and a newer, easier option. Choose the latter and continue to the crest, then descend along steep slopes to a side valley. The destination for the night is Tilicho Base Camp.
Trek to Tilicho Lake (4920m/16142ft) & return to Tilicho Base Camp (4150m/13615ft)
Tilichol Lake - To maximize the trek, start early in the morning to avoid the strong winds that arise later in the day due to the mixing of warm land and cold air. The journey from Base Camp to Tilicho Lake takes about 3 to 4 hours, but the stunning views of the cold, remote lake are worth it. After enjoying the breathtaking scenery, return to Base Camp for the night.
Trek from Tilicho Base Camp to Yak Kharka (4050m/13287ft)
Annapurna Mountain Range - To reach Yak Kharka, descend slowly from Tilicho Base Camp and climb 500 meters. As the trek continues through Tengi, leave the Marsayangdi Valley behind and head towards the Thorung Khola. Arrive at Yak Kharka, where herds of yaks can be seen and vegetation becomes sparse.
Trek from Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi (4525m/14845ft)
Trek to Muktinath (3760m/12336ft) via Thorung La pass (5416m/17769ft)
Trek from Muktinath to Jomsom (2720m/8924ft)
Jomsom - To reach Jomsom, follow the trail of Kagbeni or Lupra. The trek follows the banks of the Kali Gandaki River. Jomsom is a picturesque and chilly valley with ample amenities, serving as the headquarters of the Mustang district. While in Jomsom, enjoy stunning views of Mt. Tilicho (7,134 m).
Morning flight from Jomsom to Pokhara. 30-minute flight
Pokhara - Wake up early to catch a morning flight to Pokhara. During the flight, enjoy breathtaking views of snow-capped mountains. Upon arrival in Pokhara, be escorted to the hotel for a day of rest. Later in the evening, explore the serene lakeside atmosphere with a walk.
Pokhara to Kathmandu (1300m/4265ft).
Thamel - After breakfast, the trip from Pokhara to Kathmandu begins with a Tourist Coach. The drive takes approximately 7 hours, with an overnight stay arranged in Kathmandu as per the agreed category with BB Plan.
