Great day at Disney! - Disneyland Paris!! It was a great day! The event coordinators got our trip were great! The chartered bus was comfortable and cool with great AC. They dropped off and picked up without any worries on our part which made the day even better!

Well organised and great... - Well organised and great communication with the operators when I had questions. Highly recommend getting premier access as the queues can be over an hour.

Relaxation while traveling to Disney - Traveled to Disney without having to deal with transportation worries. It was fairly easy finding the meet up destination and we left at a good time. Disneyland itself was wonderful and it was a great day for lots of walking and waiting in line. I would say to make sure you are paying attention to the time you are supposed to meet the bus to go back. We left to meet the bus 15 minutes before 7pm but it was too late. Give yourself time to locate where the buses are parked and foot traffic.

Disney is great!!! - Honestly we could have done this ourselves. We had to travel across Paris to get to our meeting place and had to be back for the bus by 7- they don’t wait if you’re late

Okay - Disneyland Paris does not have any food for people with nut allergies. Our said until 8 pm, but the bus driver said we had to be there at 6:50 pm so we lost an hour that we could have been at Disneyland Paris. We have used this service before... we were allowed to stay until 7:50.

Pick up and drop off great - needs better communication on return travel arrangements - The tour itself on the pick up and drop off is well organised and communicated. But unfortunately it was very unclear where exactly to meet the bus to transfer back to Paris and the QR code with directions did not work [we asked 3 other people to try and scan and it didn't work for them either]. We tried for an hour to find the bus/stop and we're unsuccessful. So if you use this tour, be very clear when you get off the bus at Disneyland to ask where you specifically need to go to find the bus for the evening return to Paris.

Just Okay with Bus Issues - I made many tours while in Paris and this is the only negative review I am leaving- All the others were great. I have just two issues. The first one is that Disneyland Paris was a below average experience because so many rides were closed for various reasons. So we did not get to enjoy a lot of the rides we wanted. Also, the first ride we got in line for had us waiting for an hour and then it malfunctioned. We were asked to come back later with no time given. The staff was friendly (heard nightmares that turned out not to be true). My second issue IS with the tour group. The bus driver dropped us off and said to meet at T52 parking lot at 7 pm and he would leave at 7:05 pm- period. This was not the same spot he dropped us off at. We decided to get to the bus early around 6:30 only to find out parking T52 is fenced off. So, nobody can park there and no place to wait. We tried calling the tour company, but it was closed. We met other guests who were also looking for the parking area and bus. The bus actually rode in at exactly 7 pm and parked in a different area and we had to run and ask if he was our driver. Five minutes later, he drove off. We mentioned the issues locating his bus and he just said that he made it clear that he was leaving at 7:05. So, assuming a lot of guest had to uber it back to their hotels. My suggestion is that they drop us off where they will pick us up and that the bus driver be there at 6 or 6:30 and not just suddenly shows up out of nowhere and take off in five minutes.

Just a transport - This tour just gives you a transport, a ticket in the hand and nothing more. We could book tickets on line and take a bus or metro, much faster, cheaper and less walk. And you can return when you like. I don't recommend this tour.

Terrible experience, never book it - Terrible experience. This transportation company wasted 2 hours of our time. They ask us to be on time or at least half an hour early but they don’t follow it. Everyone in our group was frustrated while going back. Everyone wanted spend more time at the Disneyland but was scared to miss the bus and reported on time at the parking. But everyone of us had to stand there for almost 2 hours after such tiring day. Very very disappointed:

Buyer Beware - Miscommunication with driver for transport. Bad attitude period. Had to take taxi back to drop off place because notification of drop off location was just not done well
