Magic! - Wow what an experience!
Cast members were delightful and very helpful ensuring safe access and egress for the rides with my disability.
We expected the crowds as it's Easter holidays with some rides undergoing work so hired a wheelchair and brought some waterbottles, fruit and snacks with us. You can absolutely bring food in with you if you prefer to picnic. We didn't find it overly expensive, only €12 for a Mickey pizza. Disney snacks are what you would expect for a theme park and generous portion for sharing.
The rides were fantastic, and something for everyone. The princess pavilion was simply magical. We got to meet Moana and my daughter was thrilled.
We were only there one day so didn't catch many shows. The 11.30 parade, we couldn't find the accessible area and when we did it was too busy with grown adults edging my daughter out of being able to see. It is located nearby to the Gibson Girls ice cream parlour on main street.
The illumination show was spectacular and the view from the accessible area was breathtaking. It is located at the front left side of the castle.
A very enjoyable days visit and we can't wait to return again soon to visit the attractions reopening, the shows and Walt disney studios.
Thank you to all of the Cast members and performers for the most magical day!

First aid station professional - We were just an hour at Disneyland when my son (5 years) scalded himself with hot coffee. A to Go cup without a protective hood has caused severe burns to the neck and back.
As an absolutely positive experience, I can highlight the first aid team at Disneyland.
We ran into the First Aid Station with a screaming child and full of panic and there was no hesitation despite the full waiting room and my son was immediately treated adequately. I am a doctor myself and I know too well that this is not a given. Less than 10 minutes elapsed between the accident, panicked search for the first aid station and the application of the wound dressings. Intravenous pain therapy and organization followed, with transfer to a hospital with blue light.
During the process, we were assisted by an interpreter (organized by Disneyland). All were absolutely empathetic , helpful and above all professional (despite language barrier).
We were given free tickets for the whole family with 1 year validity without demand from us and my two children each got a great cuddly toy as a “comfort”.
Even if that doesn't undo the day and the trauma, it was a really courteous gesture. My children are happy to experience the park again for longer. Even if we didn’t see much of the park , I would still like to leave a positive review for the topic “first aid”..

Household splinters - Park from spella families, super expensive prices and mileage lines for attractions that last 5 minutes, profiteers.

Good, but could be much better, especially for the money you charge - Not great being honest. The firework night we tried to get a good spot, so came very early before it started.
As soon as the show started, people were pushing, trying to get past you all through the show to the point of having to turn around and say something.Which was not a great experience with small children present.
Some workers seemed happy and helpful others just seemed rude and very unfriendly to the point of my children saying, "Why are they not happy to work here at Disneyland?"

Unnerving waits! - The park is undoubtedly wonderful, but the long queues alke various attractions ruin the day! While waiting in line, which can last up to 90 minutes standing, despite the children, no assistance is provided! Also exaggerated prices for everything!

A nightmare - A real nightmare.
1h30 waiting per activity for 2 to 5 minutes of activity.
Do not go there.
Even for lunch it is 1 hour waiting.
The worst day of the year for an exorbitant price.

Works, long waiting times and breakdown - We came to 7 people (4 adults, 3 children) during the April 2025 holiday.
Both parks were complete.
Waiting begins at the park entrance at bag check. More than 20 minutes. Not all doors were open while all tickets were sold. Then endless queues for attractions. Minimum 60 min. Numerous attractions under construction and even in disney village. Visitors are therefore focused on open attractions, often temporarily closed and when we are already in the queue for 1 hour it is a big disappointment
We were not able to do space Mountain because closed until 1pm..
Then an endless queue until the end of the day. Same for my parade, a crowd movement in front of the castle to see it because part of the circuit is reserved for the Privilege Pass! After paying 130 € admission you can complete to see the shows (which were all sold out) and have a privileged place for the parade and evening show! It has become even more of a money machine! The children were disappointed for a park that sells magic and dreams. We saw Timon in the park and wanted to queue, the person in charge refused us because the time was up. The restaurants are full, you have to book through the app and the choice for vegetarian is limited. Many things are degraded in the park and not rehabilitated (and yes I have time to see when the wait is long) . We used our smartphone all day for photos, access the very useful app to check the waiting time and also to make the children wait in the lines
..however the par has not invested in charging zones (ah if you can buy batteries; another money machine), inadmissible not to modernize.
I still thank the staff of Studio Lucas au Objet perdu and swann for the meeting with spiderman.
I'm not going back.

Disappointing - Hope you’re planning a hunger strike if you want to eat anything at the park - I don’t even know where to start with how bad the food situation was at Disneyland Paris. For a place that markets itself as "magical" and “world-class,” the dining experience was an absolute disaster—especially if you have any kind of dietary restriction. I'm gluten-free, which isn't some rare, obscure thing anymore, and yet finding something safe to eat felt like a scavenger hunt with no prize at the end. Barely any options, no clear labeling, and staff who clearly weren’t trained or informed—it was beyond frustrating.
At one point, I asked if I could just have a cheeseburger without the bun—literally the easiest possible modification—and was met with rudeness and a flat-out refusal. The staff said they “couldn’t do that” because of cross-contamination concerns. I told them I wasn’t celiac and that it was okay—I just needed no bun. Still got a hard no, with attitude. Are you kidding me? I’m trying to work with you to make it easier, and you’re making it more difficult than it needs to be.
And when I finally managed to find something? Stale macaroons. STALE. MACAROONS. At a Disney park. How do you mess that up? Dry, tasteless, and felt like they’d been sitting in a storage room since last season. For what I paid, I expected magic—not something that tastes like cardboard.
But the cherry on top? Places running out of food hours before the park even closed. I'm talking entire menu items just… gone. Like, why are we paying premium prices if half the restaurants are out of half their food by late afternoon? Do they just stop caring after lunch? Are they hoping people will just eat popcorn and call it dinner? It’s not like people stop being hungry after 3pm.
I came here ready to have a great time, and while the rides and atmosphere were fantastic, the food situation was a total trainwreck. Disney should be ashamed of how poorly this is managed. It's not hard—label your food, train your staff, accommodate reasonable requests, and stock enough meals to last through the day. Until then, I’ll be warning everyone I know to come prepared or eat elsewhere.

Overpriced, ridiculous poor services 2 hr queues - 2 hr queue the norm! Zero helpful staff, a smile costs nothing- definitely not the happiest place on earth. I visited 10 years ago and the characters and princesses were all around the park so you could see them - not the case anymore you had 120 minutes wait for an unknown princess, huge queue for the only place with icecream, multiple food outlets closed - all in all a huge waste of money! Dont bother unless

EVERYTHING MUST BE REVIEWED AGAIN - NEVER AGAIN, the prices become crazy, I who usually dine at the plaza garden, from 6pm the meal is 80 euros for a shabby buffet.
Most of the closed attractions, ticket prices, it's just outrageous.
Let's talk about the employees, formatted so there is no relaxation, coupons with child menu, all meals are meat based. We do not eat meat, no vegetarian dish except the bella note, a poor pizza marginrita without taste.
The parade with access vip, even to watch a parade, you have to pay.... BRIEF, my words lack to express my great disappointment.
DISNEYLAND IS NO LONGER........
We will not return again, PortAventura, Europark OFFER accessible services and of the same level.
