Great day out! - Visited for the 1st time, two adults & two teenage boys. We arrived half an hour before the park opened & got to the front of the ques for it opening. We went at it all day only stopping for food & left at the fireworks at the end. We managed to see all the parades, do most of the rides & attractions apart from a few small ones. I have been to Florida & yes, as a comparison this doesn't have all the attractions Florida does, but it's pretty much the same as the Magic Kingdom! Remember it's not 'Disneyworld', it's 'Disneyland'. It's a brilliant day out, has something for everyone & is still a great Disney park! Wear comfy trainers, get a good sleep the night before & be prepared to be tired out if you're going to try get round everything in one day!

Disappointing - I’ve been before but this time was very disappointed, many rides were closed, we had early morning passes because we stayed in the new port hotel, which was lovely, but when we entered the park at 8.30 for our hour privilege only one ride was open, flying rockets, all the rest didn’t open until 9.30 so was a complete waste of time getting up early, we had a booking to have lunch with the princesses, which cost extra money, when we got to our reservation they had put me and my husband in a different restaurant to my daughter and grandchildren, after a lot of waiting and checking our passes over and over they put us all on a table in a cove separate from the main restaurant, by which time many of the princesses had disappeared, my granddaughter was pleased with the ones she got to see but it was meant to be a treat and turned into a disaster, several of the old rides could do with an overhaul, I went 20 years ago and nothing had changed except bits missing from rides due to usage over time, in the Alice labyrinth the metal caterpillar on the mushroom obviously corroded over time and fell off, and never bothered to replace, lots of construction going on, boarding everywhere which spoils the overall magic, along with rides not working like great thunder mountain, cars breaking down on the car track repeatedly and although the hotel was lovely the swimming pool was shut, so when we got torrential rain there was very little to do, for the amount it cost us we could have gone and stayed for a couple of weeks abroad full board , but wanted to go somewhere for our grandchildren, they had a good time but it should have been magical as promised

World of sheep and very stupid English c. O.N - Beautiful site and beautiful attractions Too much waiting and everything is very expensive, we are really taken for cash cows! Practically no French and English who think they're Mickey and aggressive! That's how you get anti-English white and ugly. It would be cool to further francize it.

Once and never again - Park is outdated, overcrowded, many construction sites, repeatedly technical malfunctions. Too little seating and absolutely overpriced.

Total disappointment - Especially do not spend your money for nothing!!! No need to go to this park that does not keep its promises in terms of Halloween festivities!! Attractions closed, and those that are open are regularly down... Non-existent decorations...an effort made at the park entrance and main street.. numerous palisades on all 2 parks that hide works in progress and undermine the aesthetics of the place. And despite all these inconveniences the Award of stay remains exorbitant!!! What a disappointment!!! Until a while ago we had value for money, this is no longer the case! Passing your way... Disney is only a shadow of itself!

They think we're cash cows! - We returned from a 3 day stay at Disney and really I advise against!! To have already been there several times it has become rubbish. I’m not going to cause attractions that don’t evolve... but everything else is enough to write a Bible. Far too many staff who serve NOTHING but when I say nothing it is really nothing! In restaurants they go back and forth stirring air and letting us pluck at the table without worrying about us, the Awards exorbitant for not much on the plate. The people responsible for the barely smiling and far too numerous attractions (full of shoots and useless), in the shops there is really the summit! Nobody at the checkouts while the store is full, when we ask a question to a seller if we are lucky he will answer nicely that it is not so (bravo for the knowledge of the products) otherwise we are re-embarked like Mr.... And they turn their backs on us directly. Award much higher than on their website (which is not normal at all for similar items) not to mention that if you order an item that is exclusively on the internet and not at all in delivery shop only in France (nothing for other countries). Disney should really review its values and go back!! Favour quality over the money that goes into these crates! And qualified staff rather than people with no interest in what they do!! Frankly, it’s really not going to happen soon. Keep going and it'll sink the park...

Enriching shareholders, that's all... - We did 3 days on site with our child to celebrate these 3 years with these favorite characters. The magic for the great children that we are no longer works... The park is aging, the Award for everything is exorbitant (eating, drinking, merchandising) and the staff... Amateur! Not knowing anything about their work, we really see that they are people who do not long before changing jobs, they are not involved in anything at all, not smiling for the 90%! And when we see that for example as much the Attraction of the cups or even that of Dumbo which are simple attractions, they are between 7 and 10 people constantly and that they are hands in the pockets, we really know why we pay just as much in park, it seems "extremely" tiring their work... Frankly there is a lack of motivation on that side. Then we have to explain to me why the same stuffed animal in Disneyland Park costs 35€ and we found it on the site for 20€??? What's with the scam? Honestly, Disney, you were on the same footing as Apple and Rolex a brand at the cutting edge of entertainment, there you are smearing the brand completely with things like that! It is worthy of sub-brands to offer for sale the same object with different rates sold by the same people!! And especially since it's not just the stuffed animals, it's the whole online shop that's cheaper than at Disney. On the food side too it is bought 5€, sold 40€ and if it was quality it would be okay but there is zero. My next review will be of the Disneyland Inn... Because there's also something to say. Finally, very disappointed with the stay, we felt mowed to the bone with your Awards that are not up to your quality.

to flee - Money factory! for 5 (2 adults 3 children) more than 2000 euros with three attractions in two days and mini 1 hour waiting with endless lines where people crash. princess mascots (none except disney restaurant which will cost you 100 euros more per person) and other disney casi characters not existing in the site with bodyguard not at all diplomatic either with children or with adults. Despite an Exorbitant Award do not book your stay a week in advance for half board or full board as you would not have the choice of restaurants and hours with lunches at 4pm but the staff will not tell you because you can fall back on the Pension restaurant. a large part of the staff understands very little French as much in the site as the Pension and level of the two parks very few are aware of the passages of the mascots better to know the park at your fingertips even before going there. a Disney app that all you will tell to download but that works half way. and finally a three star Pension that does not worth them smell in the rooms carpet mold in the showers and one of our daughters was stung by a wasp present in the sheets. short stay that is not worth his money nor the dream sold everywhere on TV as elsewhere.

Theft of strollers! Not safe place - Watch out for stroller theft at the Inn restaurant! Of course the Disney team doesn’t give a shit! So be careful even if they say forbidden in the restaurant! Thank you for this bad stay!

Go with eyes open. - I've just came back from DLP and it was OK. Kids enjoyed it as there was plenty to appeal to them. Im happy if they are happy. Everything else that parents deal with was a Croc of S. Parades , firework shows, and leaving the park was chaos. A real frenzy. These are areas where they can't get money out of you so it really shows what they think of you as there is no attention to make it comfortable for all. BUT these are the areas that scare the crop out of kids and stress parents out. I really wanted to enjoy and come away smiling but i felt let down and disappointed at the end of each day.I've read past reviews after my experience and I laughed at the parks caring replies to others. Saying thank you for informing us, we will do better, give us another opportunity ( at a cost to you of course) and all replies to same issues going back years... but I can confirm the same issues exist as of Oct 24. Obviously there's been no action taken but replies show intent ;) Looking forward to a caring acknowledgement reply and empty promise after this. My advice, Go with eyes open. Do reseach on the little things that would make a trip of a LT. etc If you know what to expect then it won't be so bad.
