Unforgettable adventure - Absolutely awesome. Never experienced a theme park like it before. We spent two full days between the two parks and got to go on pretty much everything at least once, take in a show, see the parade, and watch the fireworks show twice. Will be a valued memory for our family for a long time
Booked two days and both parks. You will not sleep everything in one day
We started in Walt Disney Studios and spent from opening till after 5pm hitting every ride. We seemed to be in a mass group at the time that moved to the same rides which meant queue times were long. Definitely didn't have quite the same magic staring here rather than the park itself but it did mean we got to see the main park in the night and day and wouldn't change to have the most exciting rides covered.
In the main park we started counter clockwise but honestly wouldn't have made much difference except for being closer to the parade when it started.
Expect very long queue times everywhere you go. You can fast pass but honestly it is not worth the extra 20-80 euro for 4 minutes of excitement and we got by without it
The park app is your best friend for knowing which ride you should tackle next by queue times. The golden hour between 7.30-8.30 is the best time as some of the longest rides go to zero wait time (avengers flight force <5 mins)
Food choice from vendors outside the restaurants is not great and mostly all pastry or sweets treats. Prepare your bag with lots of savoury snacks for the day. If you're on a budget, the McDonald's is the cheapest place in the Disney village but can become crazy busy at the end of the night so expect a bit of chaos.
The fireworks show is phenomenal but be prepared to get your view blocked at minimum partially. Lots of folks just try find space and unless you're giant, it's difficult. However the entire main street also lights up with laser effects so the best place is not in front of the castle but near the top of main street.

Recommended - We stayed 2 days to be able to enter the two parks.
Although it coincided with a rainy and windy time, it was an unbeatable experience.
We have already gone several times and we will return without hesitation since seeing how the children enjoy it, is priceless.
Positive points, there is not so much waiting at the attractions, the quality of the shows is high and you notice a continuous investment since whenever you go, there are new things.
Negative points, before there were more discounts for students, families, children or the like, now not anymore, is the ticket that is the most expensive. At the time of departure from the park there is a lot of accumulation of people and no increase in the shuttle service.

Lovely family holiday! - An excellent Family Trip all round, life memories in the making. Overall though, if being objective (cynical?) I’d say various things could be improved. Now you could say that about any major organisation/facility but don’t these huge companies often say they’re always looking to make the customer-experience even better? Just a point of view……Disneyland Paris is split into two distinct areas, one is Disney Studios and the other is Disneyland Park. When we visited - a good sector of Disney Studios was closed off and obviously lots of rebuilding/refurbishment is taking place. I imagine when that is finished it will be rather awesome? We stayed at the Santa Fe hotel which is the budget version of the hotels. Large rooms, towels, shower gel, soap and hair dryer all included plus free good-quality coffee/hot chocolate from vending machines (not sure about tea?) Bar, restaurant & shop also on-site. (Shop only has limited choice in terms of essential items) Lovely 12 minute walk along the canal to the Disneyland village where the entrance to the two theme parks is or you could get the free shuttle bus, you rarely have to wait more than four or five minutes and the drive is about four minutes so very good. One or two things we did notice was some of the queues can reach 90 or 100 minutes, ouch! I’m not sure what they could do about that? Perhaps not let so many people into the theme parks which might reduce queues but then I suppose their profit margins would suffer? Also we noticed that the staff, although very polite and friendly, seem to be a bit thin on numbers so - for example - if you’re a little bit lost and you’re searching for someone to ask for advice it seems that we could only occasionally spot a member of staff? There are plenty of maps, both physical paper versions plus large scale ones on walls plus of course the Disney app that is useful (although complicated for older technophobes like myself!) But some of the signage is a little bit sparse and personally I prefer large scale lettering but with less information so that it’s very obvious and clear in which direction we need to go to certain places such as rides, cafes, toilets etc Many of the rides are within the expectation for Disney, one or two are a bit lame and dated if I’m honest (I won’t say which ones, hint: they’re the ones with the smallest queues!) and then there’s some that are truly extraordinary, it depends if you’re a thrill seeker I suppose? Space Mountain, (might be named Star Wars?) Tower of Terror, crush’s coaster, the avengers and Indiana Jones were right up there with rides you can find in Florida? Also the Spider-Man and buzz lightyear rides involved competitors trying to ‘out shoot’ each other so a bit of a gaming vibe going on? The film characters who walk around bring excitement, I can commend the Captain Jack Sparrow actor who engaged thoroughly and amusingly with several family groups! For the daily street parade people start sitting on the pavement about an hour before so they can get into pole position - it can become a bit of a rugby scrum? The fireworks are extraordinary, movie theme tunes from 50 years are utilised, older people might not know some of the newer music but the combination of fireworks with Spotlights and drones is exceptionally visual, quite breathtaking and certainly very emotional! Some of the pricing of food and drink is silly-high but there are some reasonably priced as well if you shop around, for example Hyperion (not sure if that’s the correct spelling?) was impressive plus the Stark café near the avengers has a 7 Euro breakfast deal where you have pain au chocolate or croissant with a cold juice plus a hot drink which I feel is really good value (for additional fruit, yoghurt etc you pay a small supplement) Compare that with some of the stores which sell you a small bottle of water for €3.5 (about £3 UK!!) Staff are mostly very friendly, a high percentage of them seem to be bilingual French/English which is great. I understand that when the park first opened 30 years plus ago it had a very French flavour whereas now it’s very cosmopolitan and global which is good to experience. The Lion King show is on a spectacular scale, Vegas-standard, and we thought that the Together show and the Mickey (special-effects) show were good examples of the best of Disney. Overall, from U.K., I think it makes more sense to pay maybe £3000 to take your family on the short trip to Paris than to pay perhaps three or four times that amount to get them over to Florida, obviously you have to be fairly lucky with the weather to make it work but it was a very enjoyable experience! Top tip: the stylish New York Marvel Hotel has a superhero station with about six themed settings (inc.props) for your kids to get some fabulous photos, I think you have to be resident there though? Enjoy!

Magically, but not perfect - A magical experience for both children and adults. No other theme park quite matches the ‘Disney way’.
Such a variety of rides, shows, character meets, restaurants and shops for all the family.
We stayed at one of the Disney hotels for a 3 night, 4 day return visit, but in hindsight, could have probably only needed 2 nights and 3 days.
For all the positives of the ‘magic’ and attractions, there are of course some negatives and small issues it would be great for the park to improve upon.
We had a disabled priority pass as part of our booking, which was a great help with avoiding the normal queue times, but even the priority queues can be long, and required a member of our party with arthritis to have to stand for up to 30 minutes for some rides.
To help with this, the park would do well to install benches along the disabled queues (some do, but the majority don’t), so to make the waits more bearable for those who can’t be on their feet for long periods.
Another frustration is what I call ‘pedestrian rage’. The parks get so busy that walking from A to B is like running the gauntlet, with other guests ‘head down’ with little regard for anyone else, cutting across your path or pushing past, and the worst are those that walk along looking at their phone, wandering aimlessly.
Another negative is the exclusivity of the princesses. To meet a princess you either have to endure a long queue at the Princess Pavilion to meet one random princess, or pay for an expensive meal at the Cinderella restaurant. You can occasionally see them walking through the park on their way too and from the Pavilion, but they only wave and don’t stop to talk.
Why not have the princesses and other characters walk the queues to help ease the pain and pass the time of the wait?
The amount of closed rides due to refurbishment was also disappointing, especially the Studios park. Not only did it limit the enjoyment of the rides, but it also made the rides that were open busier.
Will of course no doubt look to visit again in a few years time…

Enchanting stay, but high prices - What to say about Disneyland that's not already written.
Family stay. Children with angels. Wonder.
Very good shuttle system from hotels to get to the park.
People for openness, but good organization, reduced waiting time.
During the 2 days full parks, it is therefore necessary to be organized.
The app allows you to go to the least crowded attractions, because it depends on the time. Thanks to it maximum 30 min, sometimes barely 5 minutes.
Some attractions are still very popular. You can take a pass that makes the queue cut (we managed to take only 2 passes, fortunately because expensive).
Many restaurants, shops, etc... Everything is relatively expensive.
This is the big problem with this park: admission prices have risen furiously in recent years. Going to Disney becomes a luxury.
Everything is done to pay. Like the skip-the-line passes I mentioned before. The pinnacle is the possibility to pay for a seat to watch the parade. So much so that it gets complicated to see this parade without booking these tickets.
In short, plan for budget and a little patience.
Small favorite at the night show (drone parade and fireworks) which was very beautiful.

Be prepared for the intensity - I love Disney and brought my kids up with beauty and the beast, Bambi and Mickey Mouse. Sadly I think I went there 20years too late and I didn’t get the whole magic thing. What’s the magic in queuing for hours for a 2 minute ride, standing in the cold for 30 minutes to meet a character and spending around 12/13 hours out each day with no real provision to relax. We spent a small fortune on food and hot drinks. The whole park runs like clockwork but it’s just so busy. Apparently according to the data we chose the quietest week to go ?? Really, it was packed everywhere so I dread what it’s like in peak season. I’ll keep watching the films but sadly I won’t be returning to the park

Expensive - Disney land is an emotional roller coaster
There are times when you are in there where you think it's wonderful and then times when it is a bit of a nightmare
My experience was that Disney land brings out the worst in people, most people are ordinary folks who have worked so hard to get their families in here and they are desperately trying to get their money's worth, there is an under tone of desperation from people, running around trying to avoid long queues, trying to keep kids warm in freezing temperatures, screaming toddlers straped into prams , people worn out from queuing for 80 minutes for a 2 minute ride , it's quite soul destroying at times . The merchandise in the shops is beyond over priced , don't feel the pressure to buy anything they are ripping you off so badly its kind of upsetting as it's heart breaking for us minions who are trying to experience the " Disney magic "
My tip is download app before you go and familiarise yourself with it , you can check queue times on app , pick 3 rides a day you really want to go on and pay for fast track , it cuts about 20 minutes of your wait
Bring in a phone bank for mobile as the app saps life out of phone
Prepare yourself for long long long queues , so long I honestly can't see the point in going, it was so disappointing , try and bring in your own water and food as Disney food is not good, unless you book restaurants which I believe are nice but I shudder to think what they cost
Be prepared for people vaping all the time , lovely big blow backs of some vile strawberry flavour 2nd hand smoke in your face constantly, Disney seriously wake up and ban vaping it's disgusting
Also so many people taking photos obviously for their socials so they can show the world their " Disney dream " one lady actually asked me and my son to move so she could take multiple shots of herself with Disney in background, we were just taking a small break and taking in the surroundings , it was very annoying
The whole thing has become about people getting photos for social media pretending to the word that they are living the dream
Unless you earn massive money avoid this place , it bleeds you dry

Not so exciting - Positive notes
Exciting Castle Light Shows
Very high level parry
Unforgettable Pixar and Lion King Shows
Beautiful attractions
Negative notes
- prices too high to buy anything
- Characters little present for photos with people
- Mickey Mouse show not in the lineup at this time, but Mickey Mouse in my opinion should always be present in the Disney park
- Poor food and prices too high
- after 90 minutes in a row to meet the princesses at the end they meet only one and if you want to meet another you have to re queue.
Beautiful experience to do at least once but for many reasons there are no tournaments

The magic has faded - The only thing that’s progressing at Disneyland Paris are the rates. At each of my previous visits I was charmed by the professionalism and hospitality of the staff, at all levels. Today the staff has no sense of welcome (some or even a “hello”), the main activity is to tell his life and gossip between colleagues and serving the customer is no longer a priority. I apologize to the 3 young people I disturbed yesterday to have a coffee (café party disney studio), I had to interrupt their conversation (one of the young lady who was telling her life story) to ask if he didn’t mind serving me. The young man of breathtaking arrogance served me my elongated coffee that he wanted to charge me 5€ because for him it is the same as a double espresso. Unpleasant and incompetent and unfortunately this is one example among others. Repeatedly team members who complain about their conditions aloud in front of customers, it is really not pro!! The plaza garden just infects, everything is overcooked, the accompaniments are porridge, the meats and salmon are dry and rubbery, only the desserts are correct. Attractions in breakdown, closed or open at 11am (ratatouille broke down, blocked 20min before being evacuated, and more 3D glasses). Merchandising has also become much poorer, diversity and size, so we had a budget to spoil our son that we could not spend. I leave extremely disappointed with this stay and next time I would spend my money in another park!

WE'RE LIKE HERD SHEEP... - Paying the same entry price Disney Village was half in the works, as were the disney studios, most attractions and areas were without access. Also in disney land Paris the same thing happened. The food is very poor quality, there are hardly any healthy food options and the queues are 1 hour wait. Traveling with young children this is unaffordable. In addition, there is a lot of queuing at the attractions and considering that I travel with a 3-year-old girl who cannot take advantage of the fast pass, she is also not able to queue 1 hour for attractions that last 30 seconds. Add that I find it a shame that to take a photo with the disney characters there are such long queues, if I had not paid for dinner at the restaurant with disney characters (200 euros 2 adults and 1 child) in 3 days at Disneyland paris my daughter could not even have taken a photo with Mickey Mouse. The characters would have to be accessible throughout the park, without queues and for the little ones to enjoy this experience.
In short, there are many things to improve, we have felt that we are treated like cattle.
