Rohtang Pass - Rohtang Pass is a high mountain pass at an elevation of 3,980m (13,058ft) at the eastern end of the Pir Panjal Range of the Himalayas, approximately 52 kilometers from Manali in Himachal Pradesh. It connects the Kullu Valley with the Lahaul and Spiti valleys of Himachal Pradesh, India. Rohtang Pass lies on the watershed between the Chenab River and the Beas River basins. The pass is closed from November to April each year. According to government regulations, only 1,200 permit cars are allowed per day.
