Choose 4 dishes + 1 Curry Paste + Sticky Rice with Mango. Each participant can select a different menu. All dishes can be made vegetarian or vegan, and spice levels can be adjusted to taste.

So much fun! - This cooking class is so much fun! Aim, the instructor, is the heart and soul of the class—her energy, passion, and humor make the entire experience so much fun. She’s not only an expert in Thai cooking, but she also knows how to make everyone feel relaxed and engaged throughout the entire class.
Aim really makes the cooking process feel like a celebration. The class is hands-on, and Aim makes sure you're involved every step of the way. You’ll be chopping, stirring, and tasting your way through delicious dishes.
It’s clear that Aim loves what she does, and her passion makes the whole experience unforgettable. The class isn’t just about cooking; it’s about having fun, sharing laughs, and learning in a supportive environment. Plus, the food you make is delicious! By the end of the class, you’ll have not only learned to cook a few amazing dishes but also made a new friend in Aim.

Fun and informative class - I thoroughly recommend AIM’s cooking class. She is a lovely, fun person and a great cook supported by her sister and brother. It’s a very happy and well run, family business.
I can confidently say that we made the best Thai meal I’ve ever had in the class.
We made a lot of wonderful dishes. Don’t eat before the class! I took my curry back to my husband, who said it was the best massaman curry he had ever had.

Fantastic! Highly recommend! - Absolutely fantastic day for myself and two kids! Picked up from hotel, taken for a fun talk at the markets to show us all the ingredients we'd be using (to see them whole, touch and smell, learn some background information). At the class in a lovely back street everything was super well organised and easy to follow. We made five delicious meals. They had tofu to substitute for my son who doesn't eat chicken. It was a warm and welcoming environment. They are animal lovers, so there's turtles, a piranha, and other little creatures. The instructor is an ex chef who is absolutely lovely. You get a PDF booklet of recipes sent to you at the end, and they take lots of photos and send them to you too. Definitely recommend AIM cooking school.

Great Thai Cooking Class with Personality - Aim was amazing. There were a few no-shows leaving me with a private cooking class, which she made fun and interesting. It was great to check out the market first to better understand the ingredients. The cooking itself was easy enough to follow (I am not a cook!) And the food was delicious. Definitely come with an appetite because you will cook a lot of food. After she sent me pics via WhatsApp, along with an e-cook book detailing all the recipes and ingredients. Highly recommend!

The complete experience Go Hungry!! - My son’s daughter in law and wife were recommended by our host and what a fantastic choice. Aim was knowledgable very entertaining and sincere would highly recommend this class for fun and food and family big congratulations to them all.

The best cooking class in Chiang Mai!!! MUST visit - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I would rate this class more than 5 stars if I could! We had an incredible time at this cooking class. Our host, Aim made it so much fun with their great sense of humor. They kept us laughing the whole time, and we learned so many useful tips along the way. The hands-on experience was fantastic, and the final dishes (7 in total) were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have a memorable and enjoyable time together.

Best cooking class I've had - An amazing experience, which has to be made. Wonderful staff and efficient organisation.
Aim, our instructor, was wonderful. She was funny and had a technical understanding of what she was doing.
We ate a appetiser, salad, soup, main dish, curry and desert, which were all made by ourselves.
We worked alone for the most part and sometimes in groups.
Everything was very enjoyable and can be recommended, because the place opend up in March. So it's not even a year old.
10/10 can recommend
