Enjoy the thrilling ride on narrow, winding roads along the Myanmar border amidst high mountainous landscapes on impeccable tarmac roads. Experience 1,864 twists through a grand scenic view of Mae Hong Son and the delightful Pai. Visit National Parks and non-tourist dominated locations full of unique history and activities.

1864 Corners Mae Hong Son Loop - We embark on an exhilarating 3-day motorcycle ride tour through Northern Thailand, exploring the captivating landscapes and cultural gems of the region. The journey commenced in Chiang Mai. From there, we traversed the winding roads towards Mae Sariang, passing through the awe-inspiring countryside, home to Thailand's highest peak, offering breathtaking views. Day Two heading to Pai, adventurers will be enthralled by the allure of lush greenery and mountains. The road so far is a motorcyclist's dream, renowned for its exhilarating curves, providing an adrenaline-pumping ride. Arriving in Pai it was time for another awesome meal followed by some beer and tails of the days ride. Day Three continuing the journey from Pai, more fantastic roads. Concluding the trip back to Chiang Mai, Ican highly recommend Big Bike Tours this was our second trip with BBT. Make sure you save a day or two in Chiang Mai to taste the city's vibrant culture and delectable cuisine. In capping off an unforgettable motorcycle ride through Northern Thailand, this adventure promises to be a perfect blend of natural wonders, historical landmarks, and exhilarating roads, making it the best motorcycle ride for thrill-seekers and culture enthusiasts alike. Absolutely Brilliant! - Absolutely brilliant! Big Bike Tours were excellent on all fronts - perfect safety protocols, logistics brilliantly organised, activities during the ride were great, and they were really friendly! A wonderful three days where everyone in the group managed to feel part of the team and were able to ride at their own speed. Would HIGHLY recommend.

I did it - before it was "the loop" - I think 1095 between 107 and Mae Hong Son is a FANTASTIC ride for serious riders. Believe it or not, I did this a few years ago on a Honda Click 125i, when they were new and exciting. Could have used more HP on some of the 8% uphill inclines, but really it was fun to throw the little bike around. In Pai the were selling tee shirts - I survived the 762 turns between Chiang Mai and Pai, on route 1025. And just this week (Feb 2020) I did CM to Pai in both directions. It was REALLY worth a second visit. There were many more bikes on the road this year than in 2017. That time, apart from local traffic, we were passed by one guy on a Harley about three times, and once by one team of four modern full sized bikes. There were a few 300cc local bikes, but no one was touring on them. I have several hundred thousand km behind me on two wheels. Believe me. This is a spectacular run. WELL worth repeating this time around. My advice? You *can* take a guided tour, but why? Bring your GPS, rent a bike, have at it on your own at your own speed with no one to follow, no one to lead. Solo biking is the way to go. This year, I drove out to Pai and back. It was quite touristy and commercialized. Many young western kids on uni break. In 2017 Mae Hong Son was a little more authentically Thai. We did the circuit counter clockwise, going Mae Hong Son, Khun Yuam, Lampang, Chiang Rai, Mae Salong and back to Chiang Mai. If you're a serious rider, do it. You'll love the experience.

Phenomenal! - Originally booked the Laos tour but weather precluded that, however, the upside was that Kay put together a 10 day North Thailand itinerary which was absolutely brilliant! Stunning roads and scenery; fabulous hospitalty and food; great camaraderie; and, well-maintained machines! Kay effortlessly takes care of everything so you can simply ride to your heart's content! Can't wait for the next Big Bike Tour!!!

Twisty roads and Amazing customer service - I have to say the service from the company is amazing. They have a focus of safety and ensuring that each person gets what they need. While I love to ride it’s on the other side of the road not my bike but they took such great care of me as a single female rider I can’t thank them enough. Each of the meals provided was very tasty. The take enough breaks you don’t don’t burn out. The accommodation was so different and enjoyable in a beautiful teak house hotel. The second night in the town of Pai was a great evening too. Since I’m not a speed demon I was worried I would ruin others vacation. However I rode with the other support guy and it never stressed me out and they didn’t make me feel bad. So any riding couples if you ride at different levels it’s not an issue. Once again fantastic customer service! The mountain roads are incredible for all twisty lovers

Great birthday gift - I treated myself for my birthday with the 3 day Mae Hong Son Loop with Big Bike Tours. I must say it was an excellent tour! Perfect stretches of road, great people in the Group, the staff at Big Bike are great people, all the admin were super-smooth, and the bike was in great condition. The only thing that wasn't excellent was that we didn't get a follow car. I had to do some quick re-packing, but the guys at Big Bike lent me a backpack. This was no big issue, but it would have been nice to ride without the bagage.

Amazing hassle-free biking - My friends and I rode with Kay and Noah back in early June. We made the mistake of visiting during the rain season, which wasn't perfect for some inexperienced riders in our group - but Kay and Noah were very resourceful and accommodating. They came up with a different, easier route that was just as interesting, and it was awesome! Definitely recommend riding with Kay and Noah, especially if it's your first time riding in Thailand! - Jun
