Fun Spot to Let Out Some Aggression - I forget how we heard about this place, but wanted to check out the rage room. Got there about 6pm and were the only guests there. Staff was very helpful and friendly and got us set up with our protective gear. We were advised that we would be given 2 boxes of glass bottles to smash and were offered additional things to smash for an additional cost. We opted to buy an old laptop for an extra 200 baht. We then went into the rage room itself and smashed the glass bottles with a small baseball bat and a crowbar. Sooo fun!! The staff were kind enough to take pictures and videos of us while we were swinging away. We had a blast beating the &$#@ out of the laptop too. Only negative thing we could think of in the rage room was that it was a bit dark for taking pictures. It may have been as simple as asking to turn on the lights, but we were so in the moment we completely forgot to even ask. We'll know for next time. Once finished, we had a drink at the bar. There are many unique drinks and we opted for one that I cannot write the name of here. Let's just say it was a VERY STRONG drink. Staff was again very friendly and asked us if we wanted to play some board games and a game of pool. We hung out for a while and had a very fun evening.

Best rage room ever - Best rage room ever got a load of bottles to smash up and got to release loads of rage!!! Recommend to anyone visiting Chiangmai it’s a must go!

So much fun! - The greatest experience! Would 100% recommend, good fun for all the family and friends! I went with my parents and my friends and we all loved it great thing to do that you can’t get every day!

A really bad rage room - Don't bother with this rage room. It's really bad. You are given 12 glass bottles to smash which is pretty underwhelming. But worse than that, the rage room itself is really hot so after a few swings, you really begin to sweat and since you are in plastic overalls, everything gets steamy and sweaty very quickly. This wouldn't be the end of the world, but you then realise that these are the same overalls that the previous group literally just stepped out of.

Misleading, rude, rage inducing room experience - I had booked this experience for my brother's birthday as I thought it would be really fun, but we ended up leaving angrier and more frustrated than we arrived. The details on the website clearly state that you can break everything in the room, however, the only thing provided in the room is a box of glass bottles to smash up. If you want to break anything else, there is an extra charge. I've attached photos of the room where you can purchase items to break and the boxes of bottles they provide (1 per person, per experience). After 10 minutes in the smash room, we ran out of the bottles the company provided, when I asked for more, they told me it was a maximum of 10 bottles per person to break. This is very misleading as I paid to use the room for 30 minutes, not 10 bottles worth. When I raised this issue, the staff refused to refill the bottles and when I pressed the issue further, they spent 35 minutes calling the owner, and thus, our 30-minute slot was over when the next group arrived during this time. This was a complete waste of time as they offered me 'a beer' in compensation, which hardly seems fair for the fact that this is an experience that was sold as something completely different and it ruined our evening and celebrations. I was very lucky to have been with a local friend who was able to speak to the staff who didn't speak much English, other foreigners won't be that lucky when they encounter this issue. When my friend asked to speak to the owner on the phone, they were incredibly rude to her, calling her names and saying awful things to her. She left feeling very upset. This is just unacceptable. This experience is advertised in a very misleading way, it should clearly state you can only break 10 bottles per person, regardless of how long that takes, it should mention other items are for additional purchase and there is nothing else to smash up in the room, it should simply be sold per bottle, not per 30-minute slots. There is no mention of any of this on your website. If you had told me I had to pay £35 to break 10 bottles in 10 minutes, I would not have purchased this experience. This is ridiculous.
