Uttaradit City - Begin your journey south of Chiang Mai to get acquainted with the bikes. You’ll travel along a winding mountain road to Khun Tan, home to Thailand’s highest train station and its longest tunnel (1,300 meters). The ride continues on the highway through picturesque rice fields until you reach the charming city of Uttaradit. This small city, located near Lampang and just a few kilometers from Denchai, is seldom visited by tourists but is well worth the trip. For an authentic glimpse of Thailand, away from the usual tourist spots, Uttaradit and its surroundings are a must-visit. Later, enjoy a stay in beautiful accommodations.
Uttaradit - Sukhothai (89 km.)
Sukhothai - After breakfast, depart from Uttaradit and ride along backroads through expansive rice fields to reach Sukhothai. This short ride allows ample time to explore one of the tour’s highlights: the Ancient Sukhothai Historical Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site since 12 December 1991. Witness a breathtaking sunset over the ancient ruins, creating a magical and unforgettable experience. Later, relax at a guest house featuring charming classic wooden Thai accommodations and a swimming pool.
Sukhothai – Lampang - Chiang Mai (343 kms.)
Chiang Mai - After breakfast, leave Sukhothai and ride along the scenic “Columnar Mountains” road R101 to Den Chai, where you can visit a large reclining Buddha. Continue your journey through winding mountainous roads to Lampang, with lunch at a local restaurant. - Minimum age is 21 years
- Evidence of motorbike driving license is required with a minimum 4 years riding experience
- A current valid passport is required on the day of travel
- The itineraries may change as we make improvements to our tours. Our brochures are updated when tour itineraries change or the need arises. We reserves the right to amend the tour route due to road works, weather conditions, or our new research information on routes. No refunds will be given due to any route change.
- We strongly recommends that all protective clothing be worn. We provides all motorcycle protective gear. If you require any special size clothing it would be preferable to bring the protective clothing with you. In Thailand motorcycle helmets are compulsory; boots, protective clothing, and gloves for riders and passengers are strongly advised
- If you have any specific dietary requirements, please inform us when booking so we can make the appropriate arrangements for you. The support vehicle always carries cool bottled water and cool refresher towels. Snacks can be purchased during stops. We do not provide any alcohol on tour, and do not allow any alcohol consumption during the day while motorcycles are in use. Guests may consume alcohol in the evening when the motorcycles are not in use.
