Experience a delightful and entertaining night mastering the art of preparing tasty, nourishing Thai cuisine at Grandma’s Home Cooking School. The culinary activities occur within a breezy pavilion, nestled amid the blossoming greenery of an ecological farm not far from Chiang Mai. Take a trip to an organic farmstead and mingle with the residents while touring with your group. Relish in the act of gathering eggs and various fresh produce. The nocturnal course instructs in the creation of four types of dishes including a soup, a sautéed creation, a curry, and a sweet finale. Concoct an original curry paste under the supervision and advice of your English-fluent teacher. Limited class size ensures personal space and attention, with no more than 8 participants, each equipped with their own culinary work area.
