Transportation Information

For A/H (Airport to Hotel):

The driver will greet you at the exit of the arrival hall, holding a sign with your name. The waiting period is 2 hours from the actual arrival time. Afterward, the driver will transport you to the hotel. Please provide the pick-up name, flight number, and drop-off address.

For H/A (Hotel to Airport):

The meeting point is in the hotel lobby. The driver will have a sign with your name. For international flights, the pick-up time is 3.5 hours in advance, and for domestic flights, it is 2.5 hours in advance. Please provide the pick-up name, flight number, and drop-off address.

Please Note:
• Tips are not included and are at your discretion.
• Unless specified otherwise, the waiting time is 2 hours after the actual arrival time. After this period, the vehicle will be released.
• Porterage is not included.
• If your flight is delayed, we will monitor the flight information in advance and adjust your pick-up time accordingly. For connecting flights, please note that we can only check the flight details printed on this voucher.
• If you cannot find our local representative for any reason, it is your responsibility to call the number on your voucher for assistance before making alternative arrangements.
• If your pick-up/drop-off details change, you must update your booking immediately.
• Unless specified otherwise, one piece of medium-sized luggage is allowed per person. Hand luggage should be small enough to be carried on your lap. If your luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, it is your responsibility to pay for a taxi to transport your luggage.
