From airport to hotel

• The driver will meet you at the airport arrival exit or hotel lobby and will wait for up to 2 hours from the actual arrival time.

Hotel to airport

• The driver will collect your name tag and wait in the hotel lobby. Pick-up is scheduled 3.5 hours before international flights and 2.5 hours before domestic flights. Please provide the pick-up name, flight number, and drop-off address.

Note:

• Tip is not included.
• Unless specified otherwise, the waiting time is 2 hours from the actual arrival. After this period, the vehicle will be canceled.
• Large baggage service is not included.
• In case of flight delays, flight information will be checked and pick-up time adjusted accordingly. Only the flight information on this voucher will be checked.
• If unable to locate the driver, it is your responsibility to call the phone number on your voucher for assistance before making other arrangements.
• Modify your booking immediately if there are changes to the pick-up/drop-off information.
• Unless specified otherwise, only one medium-sized baggage is allowed per person. Small baggage must fit on the knees. If baggage exceeds vehicle space, you are responsible for paying the taxi fare to transport your baggage.
