This is an exclusive hiking trip, which also incorporates a thrilling caving expedition alongside exposure to nature during the extensive car journey. We commence from the rendezvous, and after a 2-hour vehicle ride, we will arrive at Krousia, over Agios Ioannis Sfakia. During our drive, we traverse the nation from a northern to southern path, encountering the provinces of Kydonia, Appokorona, and Sfakia. Upon our arrival at Krousia, our first encounter will be with three Venetian period cisterns. Subsequently, we will take a trail through a forest, and in about one and a half hour, we will find ourselves at the opening of the cave at dracolaki. Upon entering the cave, we commence excavation. You’ll necessitate a headlight for this part of our trip. Upon exit, we will return to Krousia, where we will drive back to Chania.
