Fun attraction - This is a fun attraction which I think would appeal to all ages .I found it easy to find as it is located near the central bus stop.Its not cheap but it's worth it.The staff are friendly and explain the safety procedures involved.I would highly recommend it.

Fun and educational - A fun and educational experience to break up the heat and the history during our Crete holiday! We all (mum, dad, kids aged 7&9) learnt something and we all loved the 9D experience - definitely recommend 😁

Great holiday experience. - This is an absolute delight. Popped in for a great experience. Lovely 3D photos. Great cinematic experience with moving seats, water and bubbles and Cretan history. Top fun.

Great family experience - Great experience with the kids and a good laugh, the staff were helpful and friendly. If in Chania I would I recommend the experience for families.

Minoan History and fun photos - It's quite a small experience- the 9d films are quite fun though and the staff really helpful and friendly in the (small) photo section. A good 40 min experience but a little pricey! One way to learn about Minoan myths and legends though.

Cool Experience but expensive - It was a cool experience that is worth a visit but it was quite pricey for what you get. It is a 3D cinema with a moving seat and extra effects like fans, bubbles, water and prods in your back. Children would really enjoy this to get out of the sun for 45 minutes

A learning experience that gets you out of the heat - Different way to learn about the Minoans. Geared toward kids. Chania has very few places where you can learn about early history and this is one of those places.

Fun for kids - It was expensive for what it was. The graphics are a bit dated and our headphones were either too loud or only worked in one ear. You get to see five ‘films’ but one of them was just the intro and the last one was a random rollercoaster ride nothing to do with Minoan history. It was a bit of fun for kids with motion seats, spraying water, fans and bubbles. The waiting area for the cinema auditorium had a few Greek-themed historic models in it where you could take selfies. Again, just for kids.

Absolutely shameful - Wish I could say that we got to have the 9D experience, but alas. I came here with my wife and another friend hoping to ride - we were the only ones there. But as we started to pay, the attendant pulled my wife aside and started telling her about accessibility accomodations involving a chair that would not move. All of us were really confused and thought it was maybe a language barrier thing, but alas, it became clear that this man deemed my wife too overweight for the ride. Now, my wife is gorgeous and curvy and has never been turned away from any similar ride before in her life. We tried to clarify that she was well under the limits posted on their own website and on their wall before our eyes, but the employee kept insisting that IN HIS EXPERIENCE it would be for her own "safety" to sit in the chair which would not move. Mind you, this "accommodation" was not being offered at a reduced price even though it kind of kills the entire point of the 9D experience. We would have happily signed a waiver, but this option was not offered. It was absolutely humiliating and unnecessary. We didn't come there for my wife to be fat shamed by some fatphobic d-bag! Again, I must reiterate that we read the limits and my wife was well BELOW the posted limits and this guy was judging her solely based on how he thought she looked. Suffice to say, all 3 of us were outraged and left without giving them our money. I realize this review won't deter most people from coming here, but if it spares anyone else the trip and the humiliation, then it's worth it. Shame on you, Minoan's World!
