Ladies Celebrating their 60th Birthdays together - We went on the Blues and BBQ ride. The food was good, boat and band were fun. We have six ladies all dining together and it was very relaxing for our last night in Charleston.

Money and credit - make sure you bring a credit card.....only accept cash for tips. The bartenders were very attentive and patient.

Missing the sunset. - There wasn't a sunset due to the cruise not leaving until 7. Food was okay. The band was great. I recommend considering the time when booking.

Blues Cruise gave me the blues - When you arrive when you arrive near the dock, it's all dark. You might think you're at the wrong place if you don't look hard and see a boat out there. There wasn't anything to see at night other than the Ravenel bridge. The food was average at best. The drinks were $11 Plus. The band was excellent. Would not do it again

Disappointed - The food was pretty good but we couldn’t hear the band at all. We just ate and listening to the radio music for and hour and a half.

Overbooked, unorganized , not professional - When we arrived, the young man checking our ticket said to us “ overbooked, but get what you can out of it” …. Ummmm I paid over 100 dollars for this hello

It was okay. - The check in and boarding procedure was easy and quick. For the price, I expected a bit more. The downstairs area was lackluster with soiled carpets, plain table cloths, and dusty windows. While the line for food was long, it moved quickly. As someone who eats "southern" food frequently, the food was just okay. The salad was straight from the bag without care to remove brown lettuce. It was a very cold night, so I didn't spend much time upstairs with the band. I wish they would have had some sort of heated space or a wind breaker upstairs as you could not hear the band well downstairs.

Boat was changed about 6... - Boat was changed about 6 hrs before sailing. Replacement boat did not compare to original. No water accompanied the meal! Why serve BBQ with all the spices without offering some water. Purchase of soda was $4.50 for a 12 oz cup. Starry drink was nothing but seltzer water. Food was subpar and dessert was just a sheet cake with icing. BBQ was swimming in juices/water. Just the appearance made me decide to pass on the BBQ. Best part of the meal was the bread and it’s because butter was offered. Food was on lower deck but beverages were on available on the upper deck at the bar. Logistically, this did not make sense. Had to climb about 5 steps to get to upper deck to get beverage on a moving boat. Band sounded good. They don’t check bags so I would suggest bringing your own water. Also, lighting on the deck and dock could be better to allow for safer travel to and from boat.

If you’re left on the dock, it’s not your fault! - 10 People left standing on the dock because the boat left without them, and the company claims it was the customer’s fault. It was clearly a company mistake and not ALL people were notified of the change of time and the company insisted they were all wrong. I’ve never seen such horrible customer service service and it’s not the first time I’ve seen them leave people stranded on the dock. I’m sorry I don’t have a dime on me. I’m a cashless society. I think the problem is with winter schedule that’s not synced with all of the different ticket vendors. The manager of Sales was a complete jerk and and appears to not care that he has a problem because he thinks he doesn’t when I’ve seen them do this to people many times because I live very close by!

Will not recommend this to anyone. Sorry - The food was terrible and the servers were rude I am sorry to have to say this but I expected for better service The only request I made was to get an extra empty plate for the salad snd was refused The meat was dry and unappetizing.
