- The Schooner Pride - Your cruise starts at Aquarium Wharf, where you’ll board your genuine tall ship, powered only by Mother Nature and her incredible wind power. Once on board, watch the crew hoist the sails. Travel through waters that Blackbeard once anchored in, relax on deck, and imagine a time when the harbor was filled with these magnificent ships. You may bring your own food on board, if you wish, but not drinks; beer, wine, and soft drinks are available for purchase on board at your own expense.
- Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum - While this is not a narrated cruise, the incredible crew is happy to answer questions about some of Charleston’s most historic landmarks that you will see, such as Patriots Point and the USS Yorktown, an Essex-class aircraft carrier that played an important role during World War II.
- Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge - Don’t forget about Charleston’s own modern marvel with an up-close look at the impressive Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge, one of the longest cable-stayed bridges in the western hemisphere. You’re welcome to help raise and trim the sails, or you may sit back and enjoy the ride.
- Fort Sumter National Monument - See beautiful homes that line the Battery and famous Fort Sumter, where the first shots of the Civil War were fired, and watch for pelicans performing diving acts.

Meet us at Aquarium Wharf near Concord St. and Calhoun St. in Charleston, SC, for an unforgettable sailing experience aboard our classic 84-foot Tall Ship. Discover the beauty of historic Charleston Harbor as we hoist the sails and navigate past some of the nation’s most iconic sites. Enjoy the sight of playful bottlenose dolphins racing around the harbor as we sail by landmarks like Fort Sumter, USS Yorktown, Arthur J. Ravenel Bridge, and the Battery.
- Welcome to bring your own snacks or picnic; however you can not bring your own beverages
- Guests are welcome to go below deck or stay in the shade of the sails to keep out of the sun
- The Schooner Pride is not wheelchair accessible. We will do our best to accommodate disabled persons, but there are 5 stairs then a gangplank to cross to board. The “head” is also below deck and you will need to negotiate stairs to use it.

Temporary Dock Location: 50 Immigration Street Charleston SC 29403 at Seabreeze Marina. Parking is available behind the multi-story boat storage dry stack that is visible as you approach the marina. This is the only parking available to Pride guests.

Birthday fun and sunshine - My friend and I always do something special for our birthdays, which are the 16th and 18th of Aug. On my bucket list was to go sailing and this offer came up during a search, so I booked it. It was the best of excursions that day. The Captain and crew were amazingly helpful. The music they played was awesome, too. The only thing that was not to my liking is they won't allow you to bring anything to drink aboard, they sell water, sodas, and alcoholic drinks. A bottle of water is 4.00. A generic bottle of water, nothing exotic, just plain water. 4.00 for a 16.9 oz of water. We did see a few dolphins, too. I will book this again, but I will not be drinking on board. They ask for tips at the end, which is fine, I didn't mind that at all, but the water price was ridiculous!

Great visit of the harbor. - Great crew, a lot of good information. Unfortunately we did not have too much wind so they had to use engines a few times. Fun experience!

We loved it! - We had a great time on the schooner. Saw lots of dolphins and pelicans, and staff was very friendly. Highly recommend the schooner!

We saw some dolphins! - The afternoon sailboat dolphin tour was a big hit with me and the kids. Saw some dolphins. The view was magnificent. Weather was great for a sailboat tour.
