The Powerful Females of Southern History Expedition delves into the history of Charleston, offering a perspective woven by the pioneering women of all races who shaped our American Dream. We commence our expedition at the reported site of the execution of America’s first woman serial killer. We pause at the location where her life ended and her tale unfolds. You then get to consider: was she a serial killer or a woman defending her rightful privileges!

Subsequently, we explore the residences and grounds of the ‘Spinster Ladies,’ Women’s Civil Rights Champions, Printmakers, Craftswomen, Madame’s, Store Owners, and Farm owners. Here we delve into their legacies and mysteries, most of which have been obscured by modern historiography.

Finally, we tour the residences and establishments of the women who constructed this magnificent city.
