  All locations may or may not be part of your full investigation. Different routes are up to the discretion of your lead investigator and/or changing paranormal activity detected by devices used.

Participate in a small-group paranormal investigation, capped at twelve participants, using our specialized equipment.

This isn’t just a ghostly anecdote tour, it’s a hands-on approach to understanding Charleston’s past by actively participating in the narration.

During the investigation, you’ll gain the opportunity to collect evidence of supernatural activities, dive into Charleston’s past, and later acquire all data gathered by the other investigators. This evidence encompasses video records, audio files, images, and screenshots that corroborate supernatural sightings.

Your investigation will also feature an Estes Method session, an innovative and intriguing aspect of ghost hunting.

All participants will get a text on the morning of their investigation with details about the meeting spot and parking instructions.
