Incredibly informative tour with Linda - We joined a small walking tour with Linda and it was fantastic. She shared so much local knowledge and history whilst touring us around all the key sites of Charleston. We spent just over 2 hours and it was all at a really gentle pace with plenty of regular stops to highlight buildings, gardens, plants or various elements of history both local and national. We learnt loads and it really helped us better understand Charleston and what we were seeing. Very good value for money and Linda was great company and very knowledgeable

Historic Walking Tour - My husband and I went on a fascinating two-hour history walking tour with Gordon from Bulldog Tours. Despite the chilly weather, the tour was both informative and enjoyable. Gordon's deep knowledge of Charleston's history was evident as we strolled through the city's charming streets. He skillfully balanced historical facts with engaging storytelling, keeping the group captivated. We particularly appreciated his willingness to answer questions. Gordon's ability to gauge the group's interest and tailor the tour accordingly was impressive. He would delve deeper into topics that piqued our curiosity, ensuring a personalized experience. We highly recommend Gordon and Bulldog Tours to anyone visiting Charleston. It's a fantastic way to immerse yourself in the city's rich history and culture.

Great Historical Tour - This was a really great experience for us. It was informative but not boring. She was funny and entertaining and we loved the little details about the homes, buildings she pointed out and interesting stories. I would recommend this tour, especially if the other guides are only half as good.

Fabulous Introduction to Charlston - Very informative and entertaining tour. Learned a lot about local sites and history of the city. Boyd is a great guide, very knowledgeable; he made learning fun. He also gave us helpful tips on where to explore after the tour, and what turned out to be a fabulous recommendation for dinner.

Charleston walking tour. - Linda was great! She was very thorough and entertaining and knowledgeable. Did a good job of making sure everyone could hear the content and did not walk and talk but stopped and talked. 2 hours was perfect length of tour.

Charleston history highligh - David was a wonderful guide. As native to the area and a former history teacher you couldn’t ask for better. As we had done some walking around by ourselves the day before he customized the tour. He provided insight and information to broaden our knowledge of Charleston.

Not worth your time or money - Our guide’s enthusiasm and desire to conduct a tour matched the rainy, windy, cold weather. I think she was hoping we cancelled as she asked us that a few times and also if we wanted to end the tour early. We didn’t see even 1/2 of what was listed on the tour we registered for and the tour ended 1/2 hr early. She was an older woman with a very slow gate & probably would have done better minus the weather. I’m a seasoned traveler - probably have had over 100 tour guides in the past 20 years - I’d rate this tour at the bottom 5%. Wish I could receive a refund
