Having fun in Charleston - They delivered a great evening of excitement and historical information. A definite ’tour to do’ when visiting Charleston.

Excellent tour & guide - The guide was an excellent storyteller. He wove specific facts based on the city history with a nod to the ever changing culture. He understood our need to know about the care & keeping of the animals too. He spoke to our beautiful horse like an old friend. An hour was the perfect amount of time to tour for my 9-year-old.
Everyone who worked there was friendly to us. Just being in the barn was a fun part of the experience.
This was my second time with this company. I took my daughter, who was 7, in 2010 as well.

Haunted carriage ride - Lots of interesting ghost stories and plenty of history. Tour guide was a great storyteller and the horse was beautiful.

Super duper tour - It was an excellent tour. The guide was charming and I loved the sweet old horse. The facility was nice and the treatment if the horses was wonderful. Everyone we met was helpful,

Carriage Ride - It was a fun ride. Big Mike and Donald were informative and interesting. There was a nice breeze blowing on this hot day and he mentioned some things I never knew before

Hauntings, history and a splendid evening! - I enjoyed the ride, the history and the mystery! Spectacular evening outing and fun! I loved exploring the city in a different way - carriage rides and ghost stories blend perfectly creating an enchanting experience! Highly recommend!

Good but not great - Palmetto Tours. Nice “barn” to rest in and use restroom before and after tour. Sold drinks & snacks. Carriage fits 12 adults. Lasted 45 minutes. They put us old folks on front row - good to be able to hear guide. The ticket taker/carriage loader was efficient and positively pleasant. Tour guide was not the best as she tried a comedic delivery with tired & repetitive phrases. Better at handling our huge drafting horse. Ghost stories were weak and often not related to buildings we stopped at. Would have been better off with a longer historical tour.

Nothing haunted about it! - There was nothing haunted about the ride whatsoever. I think it’s misleading to list it as a haunted ride when it’s not. That’s the whole reason we booked it. The driver was very informative, pleasant, and humorous though.
