All locations may or may not be part of your full investigation. Different routes are up to the discretion of your lead investigator and/or changing paranormal activity detected by devices used.

Additional Information
Participate in a small-group paranormal investigation, capped at twelve participants, using our specialized equipment.
This isn’t just a ghostly anecdote tour, it’s a hands-on approach to understanding Charleston’s past by actively participating in the narration.
During the investigation, you’ll gain the opportunity to collect evidence of supernatural activities, dive into Charleston’s past, and later acquire all data gathered by the other investigators. This evidence encompasses video records, audio files, images, and screenshots that corroborate supernatural sightings.
Your investigation will also feature an Estes Method session, an innovative and intriguing aspect of ghost hunting.
When reserving your place, make sure to include a cell phone number that can receive text messages.
All participants will get a text on the morning of their investigation with details about the meeting spot and parking instructions.
Through this number, they will also receive all the evidence/data gathered during the investigation (provided the following day).

Cool - It was very interactive guided ghost hunting tour. I got chills walking the alley. Worth trying at least once in your life.. just make sure it’s not when there’s a full moon.

Off the beaten path…. - From beginning to end, this was a very interesting, interactive and fun tour! Nick was AWESOME!!! Learned a lot and had a GREAT time! Would definitely do it again!!!

Worth it - We had a good time and my husband said he would go again. It was a surprise adventure for my husband's 60th birthday. It was fun to see the state-of-the-art equipment in action IRL

Worth your time and money - Nick was great from the first hello. I brought my husband and 17 year old son. He was engaging, friendly, made you feel at ease and included. He makes sure to learn everyone's names and uses them all night. He limits the group size to 10 people which is better than any other tours you'll find. It allows for everyone to kind of bond during the experience. He has the most up to date, impressive, effective paranormal equipment. You truly get a hands-on experience exploring Charleston for spirits. He is very active in assisting you with the equipment ensuring you are able to use it to its full potential. Not all nights are going to be active. Ours was average. I heard a spirit literally say hello. That was cool. I truly don't think you will ever find another paranormal tour like this one. The others just drag you along and tell a story or two. This guy, he's the real deal. Go ahead. You wont regret it.

10/10 experience and actual interactions with the paranormal. - Best ghost tour in Charleston hand down and will most definitely come back and do it again. Not your average haunted tour. You get to be the ghost hunter with all the equipment and keep all data and recordings you find. We definitely were in contact with ghosts through out this tour. 10/10 would recommend and we will be back. Nick was great and very very knowledgeable.

A Must! Nothing Beats Nicks Tour! - Nick is Amazing! Very Knowledgeable in Charleston history, an author and full time ghost hunter! It was so-o-o-o different doing a ghost walking tour and actually be his TEAM! Lots of equipment used, received the evidence in a professional report by morning! Nothing beats it, Worth the price, especially if you’re a fan of paranormal shows, and even if not!!

Technically side of ghost hunting! Very cool! - Great experience! Nick was awesome! Enjoyed using all the equipment and seeing how it all works. Lots of history. More technical than scary. I think those who gave a poor review didn't really know what they were signing up for. We loved it! And would definitely go again!

Awesome experience! - Nick is very knowledgeable and passionate about the work he does.. He totally involved everyone in the group with a task/ job for the duration of the tour. Our young adult son, who has autism, is very interested in Paranormal Science. He is the reason we booked this excursion. He could not thank us enough after the experience. His younger, adult sister throughly enjoyed it as well. We did the excursion on a Saturday night, which was loud and crowded. Would recommend doing this excursion on a weeknight, out of season, for a quieter, and possibly, “more active” paranormal experience. Thanks Nick! We had a great time!
