Nick was amazing! He was engaging, thoughtful and knowledgeable. He caters each tour to his party. My boys, ages 11 and 14, were very interested and excited about using the equipment. He provided instruction and why we would be using each device. Nick provided a rich experience and one we will always remember about Charleston!

We really enjoyed the experience of ghost hunting regardless of the outcome! It was an informative night and really helped my girls and I understand the whole process of it. I would highly recommend anyone interested in ghost hunting to book a tour with Nick! Not only is he very scientific and knowledgeable, he really knows how to get everyone engaged with the whole process and work as a team, even the really shy people! :) Would do it again if I am ever in Charleston again!

Nick was an incredible host - we had a great experience and learned so much! I have been on other paranormal tours in other cities, where the host seemed as thrilled and scared as the guests - not so with Nick. He was ready to debunk everything. So when something unexplained did happen, it meant a lot more. I plan to do this tour again the next time I'm in Charleston!

Super fun and interesting experience that was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone in our group! We all got to use some great equipment and Nick was a fantastic guide. The recap we received the next day of everything we saw, heard, and experienced through recordings captured on the tour was incredible. Highly recommend!

Nick was amazing and so informative. The technology he uses is state of the art and the whole experience was amazing. We had a full evening ghost hunting with him that went way past the 90 minutes. I would recommend this tour above all the others. We did 5 tours on our short visit to Charleston and this was number 1 in my book!!
