Our guide was energetic and friendly, which is why there are 2 stars. He really needs to learn more though. His talk about Steve Bonnet was only partially correct, the biggest mistake was saying he lived to be 50. With Edgar Allan Poe, he may want to revisit the poem, Annabel Lee. I believe he mixed Poe up with the sailor in the poem. He was entertaining and for out of towners, probably worth the cost. Maybe our mistake is being native to the area and knowing more history already. We did peel off at Washington Square, but up to then the ghost part was kind of meh at best.
