Embark on a unique exploration of St. Thomas via the island’s sole local walking food and tasting journey, owned and operated by natives. You didn’t travel all the way here for ordinary tourist food like fish tacos. Stray from the mainstream and treat yourself to a Bushwacker, a delicacy you can’t miss while staying on the island. Visit dining spots renowned for their ‘must try’ local delicacies. Relish authentic local dishes such as delectable rum cake, Calalloo soup, saltfish quiche, and island pate. This 2.5-hour tour, full of information and amusement, is conducted by a local guide. Receive up-to-date advice on other activities to engage in during your stay.

Book book book - Jenny was absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed her warm personality and her ability to discuss history of the island without boring anyone. The food was great and every shop we stopped at made us feel welcomed!

We all enjoyed the tour and learning about the culture and history of St. Thomas with our tour guide June. - June was very knowledgeable about the history of St. Thomas. We all enjoyed the beverage and food she treated us too.

Great way to get familiar with town, local cuisine and culture! - Jenny was a wealth of information and fun! Very social and a joy to be with. We stopped at five places and enjoyed every bite!!

Unique one of the locals experience - Wonderful people and food. Great personal interaction and knowledgeable about st. Thomas. Felt like getting to support local business and see true citizens working to make st. Thomas better.

Great tour and some tasty food & drink options - This was a great walking food tour. Our tour guide Jennie was super knowledgeable about the area and provided a bunch of great info as we walked. We did have her speed up the tour a bit for us since our Ship reduced our hours, but she just talked and walked instead of stopping to tell us about the history. Which honestly I prefer anyway. There was 4 (5 sorta) stops on our Tour; a tea house, a bakery, a restaurant, a brewery, and a food stall. All the food and drinks we had were great, we ended up picking up extra stuff at most of the stops. I would definitely recommend this to others, it was really fun.

Amazing experience! Just really hot in St.Thomas. - Great experience! Learned a lot about the island….the only complaint was that it was so hot outside! This doesn’t have anything to do with the tour though. The food was amazing. Saw a lot of great little hole in the wall food places. The tea was amazing too! Great tour guide.

Informative Food Tour - The tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable about the island and its history. We definitely enjoyed our last stop which involved a serving of rum in a root beer float. However we were a little disappointed that some of the scheduled stops were not opened that day. Only stopped at one establishment that served us alcohol.

Bad Customer Service, for a Service Business! - I bought four tickets, and I was looking forward to it. We usually do these types of tours on vacation. We drop off our bags and head out, spending our last day learning history and eating. We had to go through US Customs, which we didn't realize; they would not let us back out once we went through. I immediately called Gerry to ask if there was any way around the cancellation policy because we were unaware of the situation. I received nothing back, not even a text. So I guess Gerry enjoyed our 400 dollars doing nothing. I understand there must be cancellation policies to run a business, but running a good business flexibility should be a part of a good business, especially with this cost.
