Rules for riders include being 18 years old or older, or accompanied by a legal guardian if under 18, no glass items, staying on the cart while it is moving, and not boarding while intoxicated. The Goldie’s Chariot Pilot has final authority, and passengers must adhere to all alcohol and behavior laws. Inappropriate behavior, such as extreme intoxication, offensive language or actions, and public disturbances, will result in immediate removal from the tour and a fine.
