PEI from the cruise port - Our guide communicated clearly with us where to meet her. We had a great day on PEI and saw all the things we wanted to. We’re on a Viking ship and their shore excursions were full😫. So glad we found this Viator small group tour!

Viator - my go to sight seeing app - It was a fabulous excursion our driver was very pleasant and told and showed us so much there were many mini stops that were so beautiful. The van was comfortable and it was a very nice small group. It was the most fantastic trip and I venture to say much better than the cruises tour in big busses.

Amazing trip - Had a great time during this half-day trip. Just the right amount of stops to take photos, explore Green Gables and sample some island preserves

Simply superb - The tour guide, Dave, was brilliant, gave out lots if information. Stopped a few times giving us plenty of time to enjoy the scenery and surroundings. The local company used was TripShepherd, can't recommend both Viator & TripShephered enough - superb 👌

Charming and beautiful - Joe, our guide shared in depth knowledge of PEI, it's history and geology. Green Gables the highlight as well as the charm of the community. Well worth the small group for exploring individual interests.

Highly recommend - This was a great tour. It was semi-private. There were only two other people. The guide was friendly and shared a lot of information about the island, telling us about it’s history and what we were seeing.

A little rough at the start, but it turned out okay. - We signed up for this tour, since the ship tour was sold out. I believe that we did everything the ship excursion did, but with a smaller group and at a lower cost. The main problem that we had was finding the meeting place to start the tour. It was listed as 6 Prince Street, however, it is a very large building with many shops, eating places, etc., so we had to find the Information place, which was very close to the meeting point. It took longer than we expected but we arrived within 5 minutes of the end of 15 minute time window to be there. When we arrived there was a Tripshepherd driver/guide with a poorly handwritten list of people that he was expecting. Our names were not on there, but it was slightly similar to one that was and we didn't see any other Tripshepherd people there and he urged us to get in his Tripsheherd van. After we started I got a text message from the person that I guess that we were supposed to be with and I told her that we were with our guide and got the response, "Thanks". Tour tour itself was good, Sometimes on the highway, the road noise made it difficult to hear the guide, who was extremely knowledgeable about everything along the way. We did a few stop along the way and spent sufficient time at the Green Gables Museum and House and then returned back to the port. After the rough start, it turned out to be overall and enjoyable trip.

Be sure to go to Cavendish to see Anne of Green Gables house! - Traveling across the island to see Cavendish offered us a real chance to see some of the beaches and the land of PEI. We were so happy to see the Anne of Green Gables house and national park. Well worth the trip. I just wish we could have spent more time there. Our tour guide did well at the beginning, telling us lots of information about PEI. But he was nearly silent during the last part of the tour. I wish he had continued to give us information.
