Incredible Tour that shows you so much!! - Amazing tour & Joe was fantastic! Knowledgeable, friendly & passionate about PEI. Great stops - can’t believe how much we were able to see! Anne of Green Gables house & visitor’s centre were even better than I had imagined. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you don’t have a lot of time in PEI & want to get a taste of what this beautiful province has to offer. Thank you for a great tour Joe!!

Nice trip to Anne of Green Gables House! - Grrat trip to see PEI for a 1/2 day tour!Knowledgeable tour guide, Dave, with pickup in Charlottetow, and Anne of Green Gables home, and 2 small stops, too. Nice van ride.

Small tour PEI - The Gables house was the high point. We did enjoy the small stops which gave us a yearning for more- red sand cliffs and shore, lovely views of the countryside and St. Lawrence. Our guide was informative and knowledgeable. The air conditioning in the vehicle added to the pleasant experience. On the other hand,
having to deal with Viator online or on the phone was very frustrating!

A Good Way to See PEi - We were in PEI for a family reunion but had time for some sightseeing. This tour was a good way to see some of the highlights of this lovely place. Our guide was very knowledgeable.

Fun Day - Joe was a great guide. Tour itinerary was as provided on the website. Pick up location was clearly communicated before the tour. Joe was prompt, courteous, and provided a great commentary during the tour. PEI is a beautiful island. Fun to see the Anne of Green Gables house and property. Loved being in a van with a small group.

Great tour but don’t recommend for Green Gables fans - This was a great tour, but if you are an Anne of Green Gables fan there is not adequate time built in to enjoy the museum and surrounding trails. I would recommend another tour or doing it own your own. We only had about 45-60 minutes to visit the heritage site and you could really spend 90 minutes to 2 hours there. After traveling all the way to PEI from Georgia, it was a bit disappointing to feel so rushed and not have more time there - on me for not doing better research. We also drove by Dalvay by the Sea which is featured in the movies as the White Sands hotel and we weren’t given the opportunity to stop and take pictures.
A surprise was the stop at The Dunes Gallery and Cafe which has amazing gardens and I could have spent 1-2 hours there as well. This tour would be better as a full day excursion if you truly want to spend more time at these beautiful places.

Trip canceled at last moment, Disgusting - I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Tripshepherd regarding the cancellation of the local Charlottetown trip scheduled for July 22. This sudden cancellation caused significant disruptions to my tour program, considerable harassment, and financial loss.
I had booked this trip well in advance and had meticulously planned my itinerary around it. However, the last-minute cancellation by Tripshepherd left me with no alternative arrangements, resulting in a ruined travel experience. Additionally, the financial implications of this cancellation have been substantial, including non-refundable expenses and the cost of last-minute alternative plans.
I believe that Tripshepherd is responsible for this inconvenience and should compensate for the financial losses and the distress caused. I am requesting a full refund of the trip cost and compensation for the additional expenses incurred due to the abrupt cancellation.
