• Province House National Historic Site - At this important Landmark for Canada, we’ll be learning about its integral role in forming PEI’s first-ever government and the crucial discussions that formed the roots of Canada.
• Victoria Row - At the heart of the island’s commerce, we’ll be learning about the former South Side of Queen Square, the fire that destroyed it all, and how Victoria Row became the vibrant area it is today.
• Confederation Centre of the Arts - Here at the heart of the island’s rich art scene, we’ll be learning about the once-prosperous Queen’s Square that once existed here, the Catholic-Protestant divide that tore the island for centuries, and learning about the history of this magnificent building.
• Charlottetown City Hall - We’ll be stepping back into time and learning of the first settlements here in Charlottetown, and the role that Charlottetown City Hall played in making Charlottetown the city we know and love today.
• Beaconsfield Historic House - Here at Beaconsfield, we’ll be learning the history of how this grand opulent home went from a symbol of wealth and prosperity to a symbol of a family’s downfall, and how it went through countless hands before becoming the renowned museum it is today.
• Government House - For our final stop, we’ll be unraveling that colonial gem that houses the lieutenant governor, diplomats, politicians, and the royals, as well as being the site of many important events that take place in the modern day.
