Yummy food, great guide. Too much waiting - Our tour guide Jack was fabulous, as was the food! However we had to wait quite a bit at each stop which was frustrating since only in port for a few hours.

Disappointed, rushed, and glad when it was over. - Unfortunately the tour was disappointing overall. Although the young guide was personable and quite knowledgeable about PEI and Charlottetown, the food experiences were greatly lacking. The portions were much too large to consume in such a short time. We were not able to finish the dinner-size portion chowder half an hour after eating two-thirds of a dinner-size portion lobster roll meal. The oysters on the half shell were served at the end of all the savory food. They should have been first, were not properly shucked, and some were still attached to the shell. We felt extremely rushed. The guide said several times that we were behind schedule, meaning that we would be late for the reservations he had made. Having read the promotional material on the tour and then having prepaid it based on what we read, we had much higher expectations.

Guide was a no show - I'd love to give you a good review of this tour but we were left standing at the meeting point with no guide. When we finally reached the tour company by phone, they called the local guide and we were informed there was an issue and given a refund. There was zero communication from them that there was any issue until we called. We wasted half our port time (we were on a cruise) for nothing. Luckily, we were able to salvage a little of our day, but it would have been so much better had we known earlier. I would not recommend booking this tour and risk being stood up like we were. I will say the person at the main tour company was very nice and was kind enough to process the refund quickly, however, they need to improve communication with their local operators and guests so this doesn't happen in the first place.

Undependable tour that never showed - We were at the meeting place waiting and no one showed up. I checked email and text and no one bothered to change the tour. We called them and they said they were sorry but did not have a guide. By this time it was too late to book another tour. Worst vendor ever

They cancelled on me last minute - Not nice to cancel 5 min before tour, you should pay me the $100 cancellation fee you would have charged me if I cancelled last minute.
