Great experience - Caleb was entertaining and handled the ongoing night life around us like a champ! He didn’t lose one guest with us to the Cherry Street bars either! The Read House information was by far my favorite!

The most fun Chattanooga ghost tour - This ghost tour was so much fun! My friends and I went for a bachelorette trip and we had a lot of fun. Caleb was our tour guide and he was so knowledgeable and did a wonderful job of guiding us around and had some cool stories!

An entertaining History lesson filled with ghosts and mystery. - Kaleb withaC was great! He had the stories, the jokes and the wit to keep things interesting and inviting, making my wife and I heavily consider more tours with the company (his name is Caleb, and I'm pretty sure he'd make an amazing dungeon master for dnd)

Chatanooga ghost tour - The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately it was hard to hear. Whisper ear mics would have been very helpful. I also would have liked to go into buildings like the read hotel but all in all it was an average tour.

Would not recommend - This was our first scheduled ghost tour during our trip in August and we were excited that it was the "adult" tour, but disappointed that there wasn't anything adult-level scary in the stories. I've been on many ghost tours in multiple cities over the years (Savannah, San Diego--Hotel Del Coronado, Ybor City/Tampa, Beaufort SC) and felt that the guide was delivering a script and had zero personal connection to the city and stories. And I agree 100% with other reviewer/s that the script is the problem (vs. the guide), i.e. telling the last story outside of a jewelry store that didn't connect to the story. Also, we covered such a small distance during the tour and walked at a painstaking snail's pace throughout the tour. Most tours cover multiple locations and cover 1-2 miles in the tour. But if you don't want to walk much nor walk fast, you'll like that aspect of it.

Don’t do this one - This was awful. We heard about 2 haunted buildings in 2 hours. We stood in place for 20 minutes at a time while our tour guide rambled on and went the looong way to the story. Then we only walked around the block. We stood still more than we walked. Our tour guide was dressed wildly like going to a costume party and it was very distracting. For my first time on a “haunted/cursed” walking tour, I was very disappointed.
