Upon booking, a confirmation will be sent. One day before the scheduled transfer, the contact details of the driver and vehicle will be provided. Our drivers offer a meet-and-greet service, tracking the passenger’s flight and waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign displaying the company name and passenger’s name, even for early or late flights. They are easily identifiable, dressed in a suit and a distinctive green tie.

Each passenger is allowed one carry-on bag up to 10 kg and one personal item up to 25 kg. Additional baggage can be arranged with 72 hours’ notice for an extra fee.
