A 5 Star Experience and Dinner - This was an amazing experience overlooking the Blue City! It’s a little climb after you find parking but well worth it. Our hosts were kind and great to talk to. The ingredients were fresh and the end result was a delicious dinner overlooking the sunset!

Perfect Experience overlooking The Blue Pearl - My friends and I partook on this cooking class overlooking the beautiful Chefchouan and it was truly remarkable experience and one of the highlights of our two weeks in Morocco. If the panaromic view wasn't good enough - our instructors and chefs were extremely warm, hospitable and knowledgeable. It was truly like out of a movie - a serene evening learning how to cook traditional Moroccan dishes while watching the sunset over the most picturesque city. It was an interactive and informative class, where our chef taught us how to make eggplant, chicken, and anchovy tagines. While waiting for our food to cook, they served us some fresh fruit to enjoy while soaking in the view. Dinner was finally served and it was delicious - definitely something I'm excited to try making at home. During our meal, it started to rain so they were very kind to transfer our whole set up inside their kitchen area. A true example of Moroccan hospitality, as they welcomed us into their space like it was ours and we enjoyed the rest of our evening eating and chatting about life. They encouraged us to stay as long as we like so not to get soaked in the rain. Such a lovely experience and something I recommend to anyone visiting Chefchouan!

Not to be missed - What a fantastic experience. Aman was a great host and very good at communicating. The cooking experience was outstanding and I cannot recommend it enough. Overlooking Chefchaouen and watching the sunset was magic. Do not miss this if you are visiting Chefchaouen. Aman also went to the trouble to organise a birthday cake for my wife, which was most appreciated. A five star experience.

Magical - My friends and I had such a wonderful experience, getting to learn how to make a morrocoan dish, cooking on the fire and then having it served when the town starts to light up and the sky was pink was the best way to end our girls trip. The guys let us crack the shells off almonds and taste goat cheese which was delicious. The communication was good and the guys liked to have a joke with us and took photos for us. The food at the end was really good, we had more then enough to fill our belly.. we kept eating even though we were full it was that good. Highly recommended 👌 Only note is if the black gate is closed (the one you meet at) it has the sunset view point on the other side of the gate so you don't see the wording.. but it's the only black gate there and it's the only gate to meet at which is maybe 10min walk from waterfall depending on fitness level. (We went to early and walked passed it because it was closed)

Wonderful experience…if you are fit! - We had a wonderful time at the cooking class. Oussama took very good care of us. We were greeted with a welcome mint tea and the chance to look over the beautiful city while the sun was still out. Later we cut the onions, cilantro, parsley, zucchini, garlic etc for our tangines. They were cooked the traditional way on little bbq’s in the ground. Then we moved to a dining table overlooking the setting sun to have the best meal we enjoyed in our first week in Morocco. A word of warning….the location is not easy to get to. It is up above Ras El Ma and we walked up the equivalent of 27 flights of stairs, some of which was actually hiking up a dirt path on the side of the hill….but that added to the experience. I was afraid to walk down in the dark afterwards and Oussama helped me down and stayed with us until we got a petit taxi. It was a truly memorable experience!

One of a kind experience - Ousama was a fantastic host! This was by far the highlight of our trip so far. It was also amazingly genuine experience for my husband and I! If you are looking for something one of a kind amongst the blue city, trust me you want to do it from this view. What made it more special is that you are separated from the tourists and also gauranteed to have the best tagine that no restaurant can match :)
