Pleasurable and Informative Sahara Journey - We are grateful to have booked a travel experience with this tour company; and a large part of our enjoyment on this particular four day excursion can be attributed to our guide Youssef. He was professional and personable; and exudes pride in his culture, country, and work. We appreciate (and were consistently surprised) at his attentiveness to detail and he was highly attuned to our travel needs. One of us has very specific dietary needs due to a medical condition; and Youssef notified the staff responsible for preparing meals at the lodges so they could prepare something special. Aside from the festivities expected out of the trip (camel ride, stops for local goods, a night in the desert, visiting a Berber family in their tent), we taken on a hike that was immersed in nature and had no tourist traffic. Spending hours in the comfortable van ride, we learned a lot about the history and culture by having our myriad of questions answered thoroughly. The air conditioner didn’t work well in the van but the fresh air through the windows was sufficient. We have years of travel experience under our belt and rarely (if at all) book tours. Due to the nature of the trip (long distances on the road, visiting the desert, and language barriers), we booked the first tour we saw online and were very satisfied with the promptness and clear communication via WhatsApp, especially when we booked last minute (for the next day). Our request to be dropped off at an earlier destination rather than the final one was honored. What would have made the tour more enjoyable is if it involved more businesses run by women. Most of our hosts and people we interacted with at the lodging and restaurants were men. It seems that women led tourism is in short supply in Morocco generally, so while this is not a fault of this company, it would be great to start the trend and make a positive impact. We are a male and female presenting couple and would recommend this guide for solo or groups of female travelers as well.

Amazing trip - What a great experience we had on this tour! We booked the Sahara Riders for the 5days/4nights from Fes to Marrakech with an overnight in the Merzouga desert. We traveled as two female friends from Tunisia and we really loved our Moroccan experience. Our expert driver/guide Youssef was very informative, friendly and helpful, he showed us all the important sceneries and attractions explaining the history of each of the places we went. Our highlight was the camel trekking experience and the overnight in the tent in the Merzouga desert. Quad biking experience was fun, and we wish we could do it for more than one hour. Thanks for sharing this experience!!

Girls trip! - We were a group of five females, traveling in Morocco for 10-days and we booked a trip with the company for the desert 5-day trip. I chose Sahara Riders, because of different and mixt activities offering during the 5-day trip which doesn't offer by other companies. From the start to the end, our guide-driver/guide did a great job and answer all our many questions. We got the upgraded accommodation, and I never knew a camp could be so luxurious! There were proper beds with tons of blankets and even a bathroom with hot, running water! The food was never-ending and delicious. We really loved the experience. Excellent adventure trip - My two friends and I booked an adventure trip from Marrakech airport to Merzouga desert with the hike in the Atlas Mountains. Our guide was extremely informative about the Berber and Moroccan tradition. We really enjoyed the visit of the nomadic family in their cave and the abandoned mosque in Todra. The tour was more than what we were expecting, everything was taken care of from start to finish so I could just relax and enjoy spending time with my friends. We booked the upgraded accommodation as well as the luxury camp in the desert which was the highlights of our expedition. The camel ride was not very comfortable, however, it is still an experience to try. I would not hesitate to book again with this company.

Viaje a Marruecos - Excellent day trip from Marrakech! highly recommend the active Atlas Mountains trip with Sahara Riders. With my 6 other friends, we booked them last month for the Atlas Mountains trip, and we enjoyed every moment. The pick up was in perfect time. We really loved the activities offered on this trip. We tried tasty food and learned so much about locals. The quad biking in the rocky desert was our highlights. We are so glad we did this amazing tour! Highly recommended!

Great desesrt exprience - We took the Sahara Riders for our 4 day trip from Fes to Marrakech. The trip allows you to see an amazing amount of the country in a short time and learn a lot about the culture, visit the locals and enjoy amazing local food. Our guide Youssef was very friendly, helpful and informative. I really recommend him and the company for a great desert experience trip!

Excellent Adventure Trip - What a great adventure trip!! Like probably most other people we were a bit reluctant to believe in ratings so high, but after our adventure trip in the Sahara desert, I think the reputation is well deserved. We were collected by Youssef from Marrakech airport and drove to the High Atlas Mountains then to Dades Valley. The tour took us for 5 days with amazing views, and we learned a lot about Morocco thanks to Youssef. The company arranged quality accommodation(especially the hotel on the first night in Dades Valley and the desert luxury camp) and our guide went out of his way to make everything easy and stress-free. I cannot thank Sahara Riders and Youssef for the fantastic adventure and highly recommend them to anyone who would like to visit Morocco with a tailored trip.

Excellent Sahara Trip - Just an amazing experience starting from the airport! This was our first time visiting Morocco(3 females) and as such, I was a little apprehensive about booking a private excursion like this online but it turned out to be the best decision ever. Youssef, met us outside of Marrakech airport with a bit smile, from here we got a good start our desert private tour. He explained to us all that we are seeing during this 5-day trip, and he did a fantastic job of driving us to the desert. We learned a lot from Youssef, and he knew the best sightseeing spots along the way, with the best restaurants for our lunches. I really enjoyed the camel ride and the stay in the tents with the local people. I can't recommend this amazing experience enough. Hope to come back soon for another great adventure trip.

Sahara Desert Experience - What a wonderful experience! Our -day trip from Marrakech to Fes was more than what we were expecting. The landscapes were amazing, we learned a lot about the attractions we visited by our expert local guide. The hotels used for this trip were amazing(3 and 4****), with excellent restaurants. The desert camp was the best, a luxury camp in the middle of nowhere. We really loved the camp ride during the sunset, and the stars. After the sunrise on the dunes, we had fun with the sandboarding and rode the quad bikes back to the meeting point. It's an amazing experience and we really enjoyed the trip. We highly recommended this company to everyone coming to discover the real Morocco and learn about Berber and nomads.

Excellent adventure trip! - With fond memories, we booked this short 5 day trip from Marrakech and, have seen and experienced a lot of Marocco. The places we visit were incredible and the views were breathtaking. The overnight in the Sahara Desert was our highlights and we really loved the stars, the music around the fire, camel riding and the sunset through the dunes. Special thanks to our driver, Youssef, who did a great job to make this trip amazing, and drove us safe across Morocco. He was very kind and made sure everybody is enjoying the trip.
