- Akchour - This is where the car or taxi will drop us off and pick us up, marking the start and end of our hike.
- Talassemtane National Park - Spanning 580 square kilometers, this park offers numerous trekking opportunities of varying lengths, starting just outside Chefchaouen. The name means ‘cold spring’ in Berber. Popular destinations include the villages of El Kelaâ and Akchour, and God’s Bridge, a natural stone arch. The duration of these excursions depends on your preference for driving versus walking.

Akchour waterfall - Trail to God's Bridge was washed out so we only got to see the waterfall but it was well worth it. I don't know what I expected but it surpassed it. The Rif Mountains are unlike any place I've ever been - very impressive and the scenery is amazing. Our guide, Simo, was very good and made this a fun excursion.

Memorable Family Adventure - Despite the dreary and at times rainy weather I had a fantastic experience with my husband, eight year old daughter and guide Semo! To note, the hike is fairly difficult as it includes a bit of rock climbing and several water crossings. It's definitely not a fit for the mobility impaired or young children (thank goodness for Semo's help or our daughter couldn't have done it.) All was worth it when we saw the God's Bridge! Even through the rain it was awe inspiring. Thanks Chefchaouen Adventures!

Entertaining day on a rural route - Semo was our guide, great guy indeed. He speaks Spanish as a native, and he’s a very cheerful and friendly guide.
He was with us the whole time, talking about every doubt and enjoying the countryside view. The excursion is highly recommended and beautiful.

Amazing small trek in beautiful nature. Hidden gem in the mountains near Chefchaouen, especially nice guide Semo. - We had a beautiful hike with waterfalls and cliffs. Our guide Semo was especially friendly and nice. There are several beautiful photo opportunities. The nature and views are breathtaking. Waters are pristine clear and blue but very cold. We were there in January so we could not swim but the weather was perfect for hiking.

Half day trek on the Rif - Maximum score for Semo! He accompanied us to see the Bridge of God, an incredible rock conformation due to water erosion and accompanied us on a walk in the river which was the icing on the cake of the visit to this beautiful valley. Very friendly, very knowledgeable and very friendly. We highly recommend!

A perfect and incredible tour. - The tour with Semo was incredible, the place was amazona and beautiful. The guide was perfect, very attentive and polite. Without a doubt I recommend it one hundred percent, you can’t stay without knowing this route.

Great hike to God’s Bridge with Semo!! - Semo picked us up promptly and made the entire journey delightful. The four of us are in our 60’s and 70’s and we thought we were taking the easier hike to the waterfalls, but Semo quietly decided we could do the more challenging and spectacular hike to see God’s Bridge. We did not know this until close to the end of the hike, which was perfect.
Semo helped us over the more challenging bits and we took great photos. We are so happy with the experience.
After the hike, Semo joined us for a late lunch at Tirana, which was delicious with a beautiful setting. We learned more about life in Morocco over lunch. Great day and I highly recommend the hike and Semo.

Amazing - We absolutely enjoyed our experience with Semo. We are four older Americans who were able to traverse the hike to God’s Bridge because of Semi direction and physical help getting us across rocky patches and bridges. The views were great along the way and at the Bridge. He explained the country and customs as we traveled, stopping for locally baked bread in the roadside.
