Really good driving experience - We travelled with Hill, a really knowledge driver and really fun to go on the road with him. He even helped us deciding where to start and end the trip.

Amazing car service - The car service was amazing. We only booked the english driver car service, but he was so kind and interesting to talk with. He helped us with information about where to start the walk on the wall so that the experience could be the best. He was right. We didn't know anything about what to do, but thanks to him we were able to do it all well. We also talked about other chinese topics in the car, which helped us with the trip.

Enjoyable trip to the wall! - We got picked up at the hotel by Hill who drove us to the wall. It was a comfortable drive. He was very accommodating to our needs, and together we made a plan for our track so we could easily see what we wanted. The trip ended on a high tower where we watched the sunset. Really beautiful scenery and no people around. Hill was a great guy, funny and a good guide.

Fantastic experience with an awesome guide! - Benny was a great guide and we had a wonderful trip to Jin Shan Ling ! Benny patiently hiked up with us and was very kind offering to help us take pictures and explained the history and significance of this part of the Great Wall!

Breathtaking views, great service - We were a couple of two and we received a private car with the driver. Driver was very nice and kind person. The great wall in this place is absolutely incredible, with breathtaking views. I would come again — great spot for taking pictures at the sunset. The driver picks you up from any place and leave you at any other place.

Viator's best tour guide ever!! - Our guide was Benny and since before the tour he was very attentive to us. He wrote us on WhatsApp a week before and was waiting for us in the hotel lobby an hour before the departure to the Great Wall of China. He is excellent at what he does, a great human being and speaks English very well, he even put us in the car songs in English. During the great wall he told us everything about the history of the great wall. As an additional fact, Benny also had photography skills, he took some good photos of us at sunset, he was very respectful and patient. Definitely when we return to Beijing, we will call Benny again and enjoy more sections of the Great Wall. Recommended 100%!!

Day trip to Jinshanling Great Wall - Benny responded quickly to enquiries and was easy to communicate with. This was our second trip with him, hired a car with driver out to Jinshanling. Mr Warren the driver and Mr Sun, the driver from the first trip were both super nice and helpful. This section of the Great Wall was about 3 hours drive out of Beijing but the views and zero crowd (in May) was worth it. We wanted to do a loop so from the Front Gate, we went up to Taochunkou Pass via lots and lots of steps. That section had minimal restoration. It connects to the well-restored section, I think after West Five-window Tower. We went down at Houchuankou pass where it started being nice and wild again and then went to look for the driver at the Front Gate. Even before that there were shorter routes to go down and a cable car option too. The views of rolling green hills were gorgeous. On hindsight, we wished we had a phone line to call the driver so we could exit at East Gate. But the section after Houchuankou is not for the faint-hearted. Steep and unrestored so no side walls at some parts. Beijing traffic in the morning and evening was horrendous, maybe we should have left earlier in the morning since the Great Wall opens very early. There are local homestays within walking distance outside Front Gate that look clean and nice too. But transportation might be pricey apart from self-drive options.

Geumsanryeong Great Wall Day Tour - My friend went on a trip to Beijing and went to Jinshanling Great Wall, but transportation was inconvenient, so I ended up using the guide and taxi service provided by Benny. It was easy to communicate in English and they kindly made a taxi reservation. The taxi driver was also very kind, and thanks to him, I had a great time hiking the Geumsanryeong Great Wall. If you have friends or family traveling to Beijing and want to go to the outskirts or the Great Wall of China, I recommend Benny!!

Great trip, great service. - Had a great trip to the Jingshanling great wall. Beautiful part of this world wonder. Benny gave us a lot of information and was very flexible and helpful. Driver picked us up on time in a nice AC car and waited for us all day. Recommended!

Great pick up service from airport and excellent guide for the Great Wall! - Hill was our guide’s name. He spoke really good English and was very accommodating. We had kind of a loose schedule and he was good with anything we asked. He was knowledgeable about the area and a very safe driver. Next time I come to Beijing I will definitely use Benny’s Guide Service and request Hill!
