• Giant Panda Breeding Research Base (Xiongmao Jidi) - The tour begins with a pickup from the hotel lobby in Chengdu city center, embarking on a full-day exploration of Sichuan’s capital, renowned for its pandas.

The initial destination is the Chengdu Panda Breeding Center, a leading conservation facility dedicated to giant panda breeding in Sichuan. The center’s goal is to eventually release these majestic creatures back into their natural habitat once their population is stable. Visitors can observe adult and adolescent pandas in separate enclosures, enjoying bamboo and roaming their expansive, semi-natural environments. Depending on the season, guests may also witness the adorable panda cubs, which start life as tiny, hairless beings weighing just 3.5 ounces (100 grams) and quickly grow into fluffy bundles of joy.

• Wenshu Yuan Monastery - Following the visit to the Center, the tour guide will lead the group to a local restaurant for a traditional Chengdu-Sichuan lunch. The next stop is the Wenshu Monastery, also known as Manjushri Monastery, the most well-preserved Buddhist temple in Chengdu. The temple features fascinating artwork and relics, including the skull of Xuan Zhang, a famous monk from the Tang Dynasty.
• Chengdu Renmin Park - The final stop is the Chengdu People’s Park, a diverse space combining landscapes, culture, heritage, patriotic education, leisure, and entertainment. In China, parks offer a retreat from the city’s hustle and bustle, providing a delightful experience with Chinese singing, dancing, or chess playing.

The tour concludes with a return transfer to the hotel.
