Chengdu-Leshan-Emei (3 hours driving)

Leshan Giant Buddha (Da Fo) - Meet our guide and depart from your hotel in the morning. After a 2-hour drive, you’ll reach Leshan city, renowned for its Giant Buddha, which boasts a history of over 1,300 years. Our guide will accompany you on a 30-minute cruise tour to see the Giant Buddha. Following the tour, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, our guide will take you to explore Mt. Lingyun, where you can walk around the Buddha and experience the unique Buddhist atmosphere. The mountain visit will last about 3 hours. Afterward, a private transfer will take you to Emei, a 1-hour drive away.

Emei-Chengdu

Emeishan - Spend the entire day exploring Mt. Emei. In the morning, our guide will assist you in boarding a sightseeing bus for a 2-hour ride to the Leidongping parking lot. From there, begin a 40-minute hike to Jieyin Hall, where you’ll take a cable car to the summit. At the top, visit the famous golden statue of the ten-faced Puxian Bodhisattva, which stands 48 meters tall and weighs 660 tons. If the weather is favorable, you’ll witness breathtaking views of the sea of clouds and snow-capped mountains. After the visit, return to the mountain’s base by sightseeing bus and then take a private transfer back to Chengdu.
