Highlights of Chennai - Chennai is a culturally rich environment with major Hindu and Christian sacred places and important British colonial relics. My visit offered an excellent introduction to them all. The guide was quite knowledgeable and a pleasure to travel with. A really delightful day!

The area was beautiful and Chandan was very knowledgable about the sculptures and stories. We will be returning to Chennai and look forward to booking another tour!

It was a shame that the museum was closed, but it was a great sightseeing experience. - It was unfortunate that the museum was closed because it was booked on Friday, We enjoyed the Wildlife Preserve and Takhini Hot Spring tour. We also took some time to take pictures. It was great to take a lot of photos. I am very grateful to my guide, SK. Thank you very much.

Kapaleeshwar temple, Santhome church, Marina beach, fort st. George, cathedral church and the Egmore museum. - Fantastic and immersive day tour of Chennai My wife and I recently took a day tour of Chennai and it was an incredible experience! Our guide, SK, was knowledgeable, friendly, and ensured we made the most of our time. The tour covered all the major attractions, including the Kapaleeswarar Temple, Fort St. George, and the Marina Beach. We also got to try some delicious local cuisine at a popular restaurant. We also travelled in a comfortable SUV. What impressed me most was the guide's ability to share insightful stories and anecdotes about Chennai's history and culture. It made the tour feel more immersive and engaging. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Chennai. It's a great way to experience the city's rich heritage and vibrant culture in a day .

Chennai day tour - Chandan is a very engaging and knowledgeable guide with a serious passion for his country and his areas history, and this really comes across in his detailed and informative stories about the points of interest which we visited on the tour. He also knows some great local cafes and restaurants to really enjoy the genuine local food. I had a great time on this tour and would highly recommend it to anyone who has a spare day to spend in Chennai and wants to get to see the interesting parts of town as it's not the easiest place to negotiate if you're a tourist and don't know the area. Money very well spent.

A Seamless Journey Through History in Chennai - I had an amazing day exploring Chennai with Chandan as my guide. It was a personalized 1:1 experience filled with rich background info, fascinating historical details, and Chandan was open to any question I had. The lunch in a serene green oasis was a true highlight, offering a peaceful break from the city’s buzz. Everything ran smoothly—no waiting times, seamless hotel pick-up, and even a customized drop-off. Zero hassle, maximum enjoyment. Totally worth it, and Chandan’s expertise made it exceptional! Highly recommended!

Highly recommended experience - not to be missed ! - An excellent guided tour with the perfect tour guide Chandan. He knew so much about the places we visited and it was obvious he was not only extremely knowledgeable but also passionate about his craft. On a first visit to Chennai, after only a few hours, I feel like I walked away with a wealth of knowledge about the arts, the history, and the attitudes and beliefs and events which influenced the Chennai of today . There were plenty of opportunities for questions and discussion and considering this was probably the wettest weather I had ever experienced ( and I live in the UK !)… with just a bit of paddling here and there and our umbrellas, we managed to visit so many places of interest and the tour was certainly not a wash out ! I would definitely encourage visitors to take this tour and gain deeper insight through this kind of learning - so much more informative and meaningful than reading facts in a guidebook - not to mention you need someone who can transport you in one piece through the busy traffic (in all weathers !) Many thanks for a wonderful introduction to my short stay in Chennai …

Good overview tour of Chennai - We had a good tour with Chandan who is a knowledgable guide and generously shared info about Chennai and all the places we visited. I enjoyed the street scenes and had the best vadai at the oldest 'mess' in Chennai. If you don't mind a bit of drive outside the main city area, the food at The Beach by Madras Square Restaurant is very good.
