Best Food Tour in Chennai - I could not have asked for a better host than Nivi. She was wonderful, patient, knowledgeable and professional. On top of explaining each food dish and all the ingredients, she spoke of the culture and life in India. I learned so much more than expected! We went to multiple delicious food places. Each were clean and very popular among the locals. I felt comfortable eating and drinking at every stop. I loved everything, but my favorites were the Dhahi Poori and vada pav! She patiently passed through different shops and encouraged me to take my time if I wanted to look around. I will ask for Nivi every time now. I highly recommend this tour if you want to experience Chennai as a local!

Chennai afternoon walking degustation - Best food tour I've ever been on, guide was extremely passionate about sharing his favourites places to eat and the dishes plus full of knowledge of every street, stall and surrounds. Even was kind enough to get me back to my train station on the chennai metro which I wouldn't have even attempted by myself... Absolute legend.

An adventure you wouldn't dare to do on your own - If you're into authentic Indian street food, then search no more. With Neeshanth as a guide you can relax in a vibrant environment as he navigates you to the best food stalls and stands in Georgetown. Be prepared that it may take longer than the planned 2h and come hungry. But you will be rewarded with miniature sandwich bites, Indian burgers as well as everything on the way that may spark your eye!

A calm guide in a busy environment - The tour was adapted to your previous experiences with Indian cuisine and when you saw something you were interested in, there was always time to stop for that. Our guide, Neeshanth, would always pick the best quality for us. Amongst my favourite foods were the ginger-cardamome brew coffee, saffron lassi, and samosa. Would highly recommend to go with Neeshanth as he was not stressing about the time frame, gave also general Indian culture advice and information as well as he safely guided us through this vibrant and maybe for Europeans rather busy narrow streets.

Great food and great company - We had a great experience with Hareesh. Once we booked the tour, communications were clear and prompt via WhatsApp. Hareesh took us to several delicious places where we had some of the best food during our visit in Chennai. We also had engaging conversations, learning a great deal about the history, culture and people of India.

Can highly recommend! Amazing Street Food Walk! - My family, 2 adults and 2 kids (11 and 8 years) have just spent a couple hours on this food street tour with Satish and friend and I can only highly recommend. Many times during the tour I thought, there is no way we would be here, navigating these streets, trying the amazing dishes, without Satish. You go to places no tourist would find! It is hectic, full of life, noise, smells and tastes! Our tour was just under three hours and we tried SO much amazing food! From the ginger drink to the pani puri to the best samosas I’ve ever tasted the food was delicious! Satish was really knowledgeable and friendly. They catered for my kids less spicey tastebuds and needs for a toilet! If you are in Chennai, invest in this tour!
