• H3V3+W2 Chera - Let’s embark on a journey to Chera for a scenic circuit around the Buseo reservoir. This trek offers us expansive views of the reservoir from various perspectives. Along the way, we’ll encounter the majestic waterfall known as el Chorrero de la Castellana.
  The Buseo reservoir is a picturesque location that evokes the beauty of Swiss scenery, created by the construction of a 40-meter-tall dam in the Reatillo river’s channel, at the gateway to the slender Tormagal gorge. The dam, crafted from cut stone masonry between 1903 and 1915, has the capacity to hold 7.5 cubic hectometres of water. This volume was sufficient to irrigate the entire Valencian garden at least two and a half times annually.
  It stands as the most ancient reservoir in the Turia basin and was the largest in the Valencian Community upon its inauguration, until the Maria Cristina reservoir in Castellón was finished in 1925. However, it maintained its status as the largest in the province of Valencia until 1952, when the Benagéber reservoir was constructed. Subsequently, its role shifted primarily to serving as a tourist attraction.
