Excellent interactive 5km treasure hunt round Chester - From the offset this was a great value and well organised experience. I booked for 16, and knew there was the option to change the numbers or even cancel at short notice if needed (eg if the weather was really bad). In the end due to illness 10 took part, and when I let the company know, the money was refunded straight away with very efficient email communication, which was reassuring. The intro pack was useful and just what was needed and easy to understand. We did think the leaderboard was going to update as we went rather than just at the end but that’s not a problem (but maybe worth explaining in the intro pack). The responses when we asked for hints/ submitted incorrect answers were clear and helpful. The length (just over 5km) was fine, a pleasant walk round Chester and it was useful showing easier routes to avoid steps/ steep hills for example if needed. The clues were ok for groups of adults and groups of teenagers - being at the right level. It took about 2 hours. It was good to have some historical facts / sites as well (that locals didn’t know!). It would be useful to know at the start maybe how the scoring is carried out- time vs number of wrong answers vs numbers of hints, but not the end of the world and made the adults less competitive maybe not knowing. Great fun - Great fun day out we loved it and found the clues fun and challenging with the directions easy to follow. Highly recommend as a different day out

Great bit of team building! - Great fun bit of team building. Plenty of reasonable "refreshment stops" too. Presence of Christmas Market added to the fun, although one early clue was a little tough to find... Would recommend highly.

Chester Hunt - Seeing all the historical landmarks that I wouldn’t have seen otherwise. Plus having a fun time with my family.

Great way of seeing the city - What a great idea, we have been to Chester numerous times, however saw so much more with this game. We had a couple of older children with us as well. Great fun for the whole family. Will definitely be looking to do this again in another city.

Best way to explore Chester - The best way to explore the city of Chester. It was far more interesting than just wandering around as you get to learn so much more about the buildings and the history of Chester. We got to see bits of the city we would not have seen and visit a beautiful church we would not have found ourselves. We will definitely be doing more treasure hunts in other cities we visit in the future

Fun experience - Really fun, my Italian friends loved it, it was right up their street as they are quite competitive and we saw most of Chester along the way

Brilliant, fun experience - Really good, fun way to spend an afternoon. I have now done two different treasure hunts and you get to see so much more of a city than if you were to just wander round by yourself. Well worth doing, looking forward to the next one.

It was ok - The technology worked pretty well throughout the hunt, although right at the end it stopped working for all of us - frustrating. The route was well chosen and interesting but we thought some of the clues were too hard, children got frustrated
