The past reawaken. - Fascinating tour, well worth going on. Guide had a great knowledge of the graveyard and 'occupants' and brought to life the ones who had contributed to the City.

Enjoyable evening in Overleigh Old Cemetery - Very interesting and informative walk. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We have walked through the cemetery on many occasions, but visited parts we had never been before whilst on the tour. Will definitely be retracing our steps!

Fascinating insight into part of the History of Chester - Really interesting and varied tour. A wide range of stories are shared sensitively and thoughtfully. I felt I had learned a lot. Our guide had a great understanding of the history. I'd strongly recommend this for locals and those who are further afield

Excellent - An excellent tour. We took the tour with Paul (in English, but he also speaks some Spanish and Portuguese) in Chester and were impressed by his wealth of knowledge of the city's history. He was lovely, answered all our questions, recommended places to eat and extra attractions to visit. Super recommended.

Hear stories of Chester's past residents. - This is a lovely old cemetery with lots of stories of previous Chester residents. The stories have been lovingly culled and researched. It's such a shame the grounds themself are not as lovingly cared for. Grass and dandelions were a foot high off the paths and where we repeatedly walked to get to tombstones. Don't wear shorts and sandals.

Huge cemetery, some great carvings - It was good to see the cemetery. Would liked to have more stories of general interest rather than of mayors or dignitaries of the area.
