I was really surprised by how close the animals get during the ride. We saw the ladyboy dance in the main pavilion, it was beautiful. After that we went to see the tiger show, I was a little bit scared for the trainers but the tigers were well behaved and seemed happy and well taken care of. Our guide Maggie was lovely and she really made sure we enjoyed the tour, she even took pictures and a video of us!! I really enjoyed going there, there is nothing in the US that compares to this place as far as close animal encounters go.

zoo in the night with few shows - 1. this has a night zoo trip of 20 mins.
2. zoo trip is noisy, they throw light on animals in the night which is animal harassment
3. people do not realize that its time to keep quiet and watch animals behavior in the night.
4. getting into the shows is good part of the safari, predator show and tiger show are very good. fountain show is boring.

After feeding animals, which was... -
After feeding animals, which was great, I was blindsided by a glorified circus with trained Tigers and Lions performing tricks, like the Ringling Bros. I didn't expect this at all and it made the night exceptionally uncomfortable. Everything I've ever read about trained tigers and lions in captivity has been negative this is just plain wrong. I left the night early and the guide laughed off my complaint. If you care at all about animals, don't give these people a cent of your money.

This tour is super disappointing... -
This tour is super disappointing. you don't need that tour guide at all. i went there on last tuesday and that tour guide name was Molly if i didnt remember wrong. she didn't say much things and she just kept walking and me and my husband just followed. she bought the tickets for us and told us we will take two tram rides, then without introducing she just asked us to follow her to walk quickly to catch the first tram. during the ride, since we didn't got chance to buy veggies basket so we got nothing to feed the animals. when it finished, i told her i was very disappointed as i didn't get to feed the animals, then she said i could buy the veggies and feed the animals during the second ride. i asked her if there would be deers and giraffes as well she said YES!! so i bought THREE veggies baskets.

ended up the second ride DID NOT have any chances for feeding... the only chance was to throw very hardly to far far away for the foxes. i ended up holding three full baskets of carrots when i returned to the station........ i was so angry and wanted to complain, but then i couldn't find the tour guide when she said she would wait for my return at the station.

after a few mins i found her from far away standing, before i said anything she asked me to find a seat for the dancing show. i tried to calm down myself so didnt complain nor say anything. after the show finished, she said i could enjoy the water fountain show before leaving. very obviously she wasn't planning any other animal shows for us, she just wanted to send us back to hotel asap.we wasn't in a good mood and i didnt wanna see her anymore, so gave up water fountain and called it a night.

my advice, go there by yourself, u don't need a tour guide at all. especially a useless one.
