An incredible day - The day was organized in perfection; hotel pick up to drop off, driving to the farm in a comfortable car etc. I've learned so much about coffee farming, spent time with passionate and inspiring people and roasted my own coffee. I enjoyed walking in the jungle and planting my own coffee tree. The food we were offered was healthy and delicious. The farm owners were kind and patient with us. They have created a welcoming environment with good facilities and stunning views. I recommend this experience to anyone who loves nature and appreciates good coffee.

A must do for coffee lovers or those just after a unique experience - A must do for coffee lovers or those after a unique experience. A full day, small group tour that gets you out of the hustle and humidity and up into the clean mountain air. We experienced small village life, 4 wheel driving to the coffee farm, about a 2km forest trek (take some shoes you're ok getting a little dirty) learnt about natural medicines (including the source of Tiger Balm!), saw various growth stages of coffee bush and berries, planted our own coffee bushes, and fed cows before heading back to the village. While away a delicious meal was prepared for us which we enjoyed as a group, followed by all things coffee where we roasted our own beans (got to take these home with us) and learnt about drip coffee. We also had what was the best tasting passionfruit I have ever tasted! It's a full day (ours was about 11hrs) and absolutely fantastic, great guides and it's wonderful to be able to support locals through the tour.

Amazing experience - This coffee tour totally exceeded our expectations! The experience was incredible. It’s not just your typical coffee tour; it’s also a chance to appreciate Mother Nature. Brewing and roasting coffee while soaking in the stunning views after a nice hike and enjoying a tasty organic lunch? Absolutely no complaints here. I’d give it 6 stars out of 5! 這個絕對是超出預期的咖啡tour. 這tour不只是一個咖啡體驗, 而是一個欣賞大自然的旅程!不論是風景, 咖啡, 或 行程安排完全毫無挑剔~ 如果5分是滿分,我會比6分

The best thing I did in Thailand - This tour was so much more than coffee, it was good people educating us about the culture and the lifestyle of the Chiang Mai Hilltribe. Jack and his team are simply remarkable. We learned about coffee roasting, growing, and so much more.

Amazing plant to brew coffee experience - Honestly one of the best experiences we had in Chiang Mai. We went trekking, off the beaten path, with a local guide . The tour was unique and personalized. The guide introduced us to the local plants and wildlife in the area. We were very lucky to witness the coffee plants filled with coffee fruit and even got to plant our own coffee trees in the plantation. Afterwards we had lunch together, with local farm to table food, and learnt the basics of coffee making where we roasted our own beans to take home. We also learned how to brew our own pour over coffee. We really enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants that authentic Chiang Mai experience!

Authentic & Off-the-Beaten Path Thailand Experience: Mountains, Coffee + More - This experience was one of the highlights of our time in Chiang Mai and our entire trip to Southeast Asia. Jack is a FANTASTIC & knowledgeable guide, and has taken care to build relationships with locals to help share about their culture, agriculture, and sustainability efforts. It was a great way to see an area of Thailand that is off the beaten path and have a really unique experience in the beautiful mountains outside of Chiang Mai. The day consisted of trekking around a local hill tribe farm (make sure to plan accordingly with clothes: pants, closed-toe shoes, etc.) and learning about their specific agricultural way of life & coffee-growing methods, among other crops. The second half of the day, we were able to learn in-depth about the process of coffee roasting and be hands-on by roasting our own beans to take home. We then learned about brewing techniques and brewed our own pour over coffee to enjoy (with an incredible view of the mountains.) Absolutely would recommend this if you’re looking for an authentic experience that leaves you with a better understanding of the area & culture that you're visiting, beyond what the typical tourist may see. Thanks, Jack, for such a great day!!

Most unique experience to see The Real Chiang Mai - I can't speak highly enough of Jack and this wonderful experience he has created for Chiang mai Hill-tribe coffee farm. What I like about this was our group was made of only five people, so I didn't feel my experience was diluted down, and we were never pressed for time or to stick to a schedule. The day was full of amazing moments. From the breakfast and lunch made from only ingredients on the farm, planting your own coffee tree, to roasting coffee that you can take home. Out of all the amazing stages throughout the day, nothing shines out more than Jack's passion and knowledge for coffee. His enthusiasm is contagious and could turn any coffee sceptic into a scientific, coffee nut! His tour is under the radar for now, so book it before it trends!

HIDDEN GEM OF CHIANG MAI! - This experience is truly a hidden gem of Chiang Mai. It is more than just a coffee experience; it’s an immersive journey into the agriculture, heritage, and daily life of the hill tribes in the region. Jack was an incredible host throughout the tour—his passion for coffee, agriculture, and his deep connection to his family and the land really shone through. We started at the farm, learning about the sustainable agricultural practices that support the tribe’s way of life. We met Jack’s friends who not only served us an exceptional cup of coffee but also introduced us to homemade moonshine, a unique local treat. We then proceeded to hike up to the farmland, where we gained insights into the growing process. We saw both young and mature coffee plants, learned about their growth cycles, and had the chance to plant our own coffee tree. It was incredible to harvest ripe fruits and vegetables straight from the land, all while taking in the breathtaking views of the hills. It felt like a true hands-on connection with the land and its people, making this experience one we’ll never forget. Afterwards, we enjoyed a delicious lunch made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients from the village, further immersing us in the flavors of the region. Next, we took part in a Coffee 101 class, roasting beans directly from the farm and learning the craft of brewing the perfect cup. To top it off, we brought home our own hand-roasted beans as a souvenir of this unforgettable experience. We finished the day sipping another cup of coffee while enjoying a stunning view of Doi Inthanon—truly the perfect ending to a remarkable day.

Incredible Experience - This day trip was incredible. Not only did we get to roast and brew our own coffee, but we also got to go on a drive and hike through the the local town and jungle to learn more about the lives of the hill tribe. Our guide, Jack, was very knowledgeable on both coffee and the local area. We did not see a single other tourist throughout the entire experience which reinforced how authentic it was.

Best experience in Thailand - This is a truly personalized experience from people who love coffee and the work that goes into growing it. The tour guide is passionate and shares so much knowledge about coffee and the village. It was so beautiful to be included in the growth of the farm and learning about the people and the coffee process from bean to drinking.
